預訂房間時，選擇了升級房型，去到酒店辦入住，也和前台説了升級房型的權益，前台也猶豫的説升了，晚上回酒店房間看是大床房，就問前台客服，她説是升了，堅持不承認沒有升房型，還説是每間房不一樣，上次我們住高級大明顯比這次的房大，你要是沒有升我可以理解，也沒想着投訴啥的，也不用騙人吧，又不傻。

酒店電話打了10次10次都説通話中，很明顯這個座機衹是個擺設，並不能打通！房間床頭那個呼叫前台按鈕也是要挨着喇叭説話前台才能聽到，還不如裝個固話！！！電視機換了兩個房間439和438都不能播放電視台節目，無語了，還説新開的酒店，這就壞了？？？圖二是439的電視能看5分鐘，5分鐘後就彈出這個要預訂，而且看的都是普通電視台而已！！圖三是438的，直接網絡連不上！真差勁……而且第一天入住時候439房間遙控控制不了電視，讓前台找人修，誰知道前台讓機器人送兩瓶水上來，頓時無語了！修遙控和送水差別很大吧？這都弄錯？個別服務員服務有待提高！而且機器人晚上送的賊慢，有一天我等了17分鐘才送上來！！！

酒店設施比較完善，前台工作人員服務態度很好，客房大姐衞生打掃的很乾凈，酒店裡還有咖啡機可以喝到現磨的咖啡，有什麼要求酒店都會盡量滿足，還會幫忙洗衣服，很好的入住體驗，下次還會光顧

服務：辦入住的時候特意問了停門口門路邊會不會收費，得到肯定回覆是：不用。半夜回到酒店就看到被貼收費單了，再問前台就變成一問三不知了，不知道收不收費不知道收費多少錢一天。叫我第二天早上8點起床挪到酒店停車位，居然被人違停堵着出不去了。
訂了2天第二天中午回去衹有半個小時休息一下，搞衞生的阿姨直接拍門
衞生：走的時候居然看到浴巾就這樣丟在地上拖水

酒店較新，衞生還行。但外面風景不好，是一堆爛尾樓。電視可以投屏，有智能機器人，馬桶自動沖水，早餐一般。燈不夠亮。樓上樓下隔音不是很好，隔壁聽得很清楚。裝修是比較簡單的。阿姨熱情，但上午會逐個敲門，“你好服務員”，這點感覺挺打擾。
