Dong My Hotels & Accommodations

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Room was clean and spacious. Not all the staff was able to speak English but this is not unusual in Vietnam. Through the staff which did speak English we were able to book a daytrip to the caves in Phong Nha which is absolutely worth a visit! Staff in general was very helpful and even booked us tickets for the sleeper train to Hanoi. Location is very good although it is generally quite difficult to find a restaurant with a menu in English (we managed with pointing out pictures on the menu). Dong Hoi is a city with a lot of potential which, however, still has to be developed (lots of opportunities for nice bars and restaurants along the seaside which are not there yet).

I stayed at the hotel for four days of a business travel and felt very comfortable during my stay. The spacious balcony in front of my room let me enjoy the morning and the wonderful spacious riverside view. The room is clean and I saw housekeepers made up rooms very proficiently. The breakfast is homestyle and great. The front desk young man is very friendly and helpful. He speaks good English. He can provide any information you need during your stay. In the morning of my leaving day, they also prepared breakfast for me minutes before I took the taxi. The room rate is very economic. A great value.

The hotel has a very impressive design that brings a pleasant, western feel. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, always happy to help our group a lot. Our group of 4 people rented 2 rooms from the hotel, the room was new and very clean, fully equipped. My room is 35m2 with a cool and beautiful sea view. Here, just walking about 500m to the sea is really convenient or you can use the tram, also close to the city center. In addition, the hotel also has a dining room on the top floor, so you can see the whole Dong Hoi. This is a 3-star hotel but in terms of service, I think it deserves 4 stars. If I have the opportunity to return to Dong Hoi, I will still choose Riverside Hotel

Hotel location is good, just by the sea, you can see the bay from the room, the room is also very large, but other facilities are general, breakfast is relatively monotonous, and they are large round tables, not very convenient for fewer people.

Location is 20 〜 30 minutes walk to eat and supermarket It was good if only convenience stores were nearby. I was able to relax because there was a canal or river in front of me and there was a promenade or quiet. The breakfast was buffet and there were many kinds, and the four and * dishes were made on the spot and it was delicious. Dragon fruit is sweet, watermelon juice is delicious. I was satisfied because I liked the buffet and looked forward to it! It was nice that the room was large, but if I sat on the desk with a chair １ and another one, I had to sit on the bed, but it was difficult to use because there was too much distance from the bed. It was clean at first glance, but there was a feeling that the floor was not cleaned well with tiles. There were cup ramen, beer, etc., and I was grateful for the night clothes at ２ 10,000 dong. The staff were all kind and we were able to consult late check-out and motorcycle rental while using translation. Bike rental was made in the hotel parking lot, and it was borrowed at 150,000 dong for 24 hours in the cub, so I was able to go sightseeing and shopping. ２ I stayed for a night but I was very comfortable, so I would like to stay again next time.

I read my last article about this hotel, and I got it wrong. This hotel is not bad but the price is a little bit more expensive than the surrounding ones, but the breakfast style is a bit more than that of other places

Good service, new equipment, there is a whole row of seafood meals at the entrance of the hotel, there are not many types of breakfast, there will be no difficulties in choosing, the taste can only be said to be very general, but the price is definitely the highest value of 5 star hotel CP

The overall feeling is very good, the hotel's gym, swimming pool is spacious and bright, the facilities are perfect, the breakfast restaurant is also very atmospheric, the view is good. The service awareness of the restaurant service staff will be improved a little.

A great experience here, has a great location in the city center, all the places to eat, drink and have fun are around here. Especially Thanks a lot because that's a memorable trip. Staff service really professional. good consultants, go places to eat. SAM is very homey and friendly. I will come back soon.
