One of the worst experiences I had in my entire life, very unprofessional staff. Zero customer service I wanted to give zero stars but left with no option. When I checked in with my wife after booking a deluxe room I was given a TWIN SHARING bed. When asked why? without any remorse they have changed it. There were cockroaches, no soap, shampoo and the AC was leaking. As I had a busy schedule I didn't bother much. Next morning I was given complimentary cards for breakfast and while having i being asked to come and pay for it as I was not supposed to get it. It was an embarrassing movement and latter when confronted with ***agement they were are not ready to accept their mistake and said I dont have to pay for it. At the time of checkout they halted me and asked me to pay for it. The reason they have is I am ready to spend so much for a room but why can't I pay for the breakfast. Not ready to accept their mistake. I was already running late so had to clear the bills which I was promised as a complimentary. I would recommend not opt at all for this Hotel.
