It was my first to Qatar, really it was very nice stay, the hotel looks great, food is delicious, cleaning is good, hotel staff hospitality is very good specially Ms Norie in the FO desk she was very helpful and smiling all the time, she went above and beyond to meet my expectations, she's a real example of the professional receptionist

There was enough at that time whether repair or construction works were on the island. The cars occupied in the process were constantly driving. While the tracks are narrow enough, it was tense, TK cannot walk quietly - constantly forced to look around, which is uncomfortable especially with the child. And not very clean in restaurants, we understood that it was the Qatar issue. To get your dishes removed from the table, you need to ask. Under the tables can be handkerchiefs, covers, crumbs, etc. That certainly does not fit 5 stars. But the hotel staff is very responsive not all requests, perhaps at their expense and remains a good impression about the hotel. The hotel itself, by the way, is not new, needs to be ready for it. We would like to thank the chef who cooked the cash and other dishes on request for the daughter, which was important for us against the background of a fairly uniform menu. By the way, about that. There is a feeling that the hotel is locked up on guests coming to 1-2-3 day, food everywhere is very uniform, for breakfast every day the same. So I wouldn't recommend flying to this hotel for a long holiday. And for the weekends quite.

Travelled with kids to Doha, we really enjoyed staying in this property for 16 nights. Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful swimming pool and sport facilities. Very spacious rooms with amazing kitchen. The breakfast was good amd lots variety. The club lounge was very nice and great selections of food and drinks. The staff is the best all of them, they do everything to make your stay comfortable and happy. Special thanks to the hotel front desk managers both Mr Ali & Ali (you both made our stay great) much appreciated. Also Gagan from the front desk and Noufal and all his lovely & friendly colleagues at the main entrance (you guys were the best). Will definitely come back again next visit to Doha.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha, albeit brief, was an exceptionally pleasant experience, making my transit through Doha both comfortable and memorable. As a transit passenger, my unique needs were not only recognized but graciously accommodated by the hotel staff. Despite the early hour, they agreed to provide me with an early check-in at 06:30 AM, which was a relief after a long flight and exemplified their commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction. One of the most convenient aspects of the Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha is its location. Being close to the airport reduced travel time and stress, allowing me to maximize my rest during the short stay. Additionally, the proximity to the metro station is a huge plus for anyone looking to explore the city or needing quick access to different parts of Doha. Excellent service from all especially crew from Colonial Cafe during our daily breakfast.

I had an 8 hour layover in Doha. I had booked the room in advance so I knew I would have it available when I arrived. For an airside hotel in particular, the Oryx is very comfortable and does exactly what most connecting travelers will need it to do. The room can be made completely dark. The bed is comfortable. The shower is a luxury huge rain shower with a full complement of toiletries. The TV displays the current flight board so you can see the status and gate for your flight any time you want. It was centrally located and should be convenient to any connection. Things that could be improved: Signage. There are no signs for this hotel in the terminal and the entrance is obscured. I had to ask for directions from a retail employee at one of the shops. Minibar: There is bottled water in the room but no mini-bar. A mini bar would be very useful for connecting travelers who just need a beverage and a snack and want to maximize sleep time without having to shop for food in the terminal or wait for room service.

Even though my stay was very short I enjoyed the hotel very much. I was able to enjoy the spa and receive a wonderful massage followed by a sauna and steam bath session. The pool wasn’t as large as I expected but it was still a good little workout. The room was very clean and the room service even reset my room for me when I stepped out for not even two hours. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to any staying in Doha.

Great place for family. Very spacious apartments. Superb facilities and services. You'll have to take the golf car to go to the hotel building or walk access the gardens. But in general it is a great place to stay with a lot of options and facilities.

We (4 adults and 1 teen) have just returned from a wonderful stay at Al Mirqab hotel. Pre Arrival Prior to booking I made an email enquiry about the availability of an extra bed. This was answered very quickly and put my mind at rest about the size of the rooms and ability to accommodate a third person. This was also reconfirmed directly by the hotel less than 30 minutes after making the booking via Expedia. And then, the day before our arrival I received a courtesy telephone call (Doha to UK) to check whether we had any special requests or transportation needs and to say how much the team were looking forward to our arrival. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and never have I been called ahead of time to be welcomed. A really personal touch. Arrival Tip: If taking a taxi from the airport be sure to state clearly Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels by Tivoli and in particular Arumail Boutique hotel on Al Souq Street. Unfortunately, we were taken to the completely wrong hotel which also had the name Souq Waqif in the title! When we did arrive at the correct hotel the welcome was warm and our earlier stress was quickly forgotten. We were checked in at Arumail hotel with the offer of coffee and dates whilst we were waiting. (Thank you to Mr Mouhaib for the coffee and introducing us to sweet dates) Our booking was split between Arumail and Mirqab hotels but Mr Abdullah was super helpful and offered our couple in the group an upgrade at a discounted price so that we could all stay together in Al Mirqab. It was an offer too good to refuse! Once we had completed the formalities we and our luggage were whisked by buggy over to Al Mirqab. Hotel Location Excellent! All of the hotels are dotted around the souq, but we liked Al Mirqab because it was right next door to the Metro station. If you want to be close to the Corniche choose Al Jomrok. Al Jasra is slightly on the edge but no more than a 2 minute walk from the main area. Rooms Our rooms were spacious and very well appointed. Even with the additional bed in one of the rooms we still had plenty of room. The complimentary water and tea and coffee was replenished every day and the mini fridge was perfect for cooling the water overnight ready to take out with us the next day. Our room was spotlessly clean and made up every day. This was done without any disturbance or inconvenience to us. We never saw the housekeeping staff but always returned to a freshly made up room. If I had one tiny little ****** it would be about the lack of plugs; one by each bedside table would have been super helpful. That said, on the day we were leaving I found one in the wardrobe (near the safe), one ‘hiding’ behind the luggage stand and one ‘hiding’ beneath the curtains. My fault for not looking properly, lol! Wi fi was excellent. What we loved about the wi fi was that it worked in all of the hotels and we only ever had to log in once. Food Our stay included breakfast which for the first few days o
