Very good and perfect

A better hotel in Dodoma. Although the room is small, it is well-equipped and the bed is relatively comfortable. The breakfast is relatively rich, clean, and delicious. I will stay here next time.

Breakfast is good quality and delicious. However, it's the same almost every day. Coffee is instant and interesting. Lunch, cafe, and dinner take about an hour to come out, and the taste is not good.

Basically, it is the newest hotel in Dodoma. It is clean and hygienic. Breakfast and lunch are on the M floor. The dishes are rich and suitable for Chinese tastes. Dinner is on the top floor of the hotel, which is the best choice for Chinese people.

The room was very clean and the location was very good, very close to government agencies!

The room is too small, you can't even put your luggage in the twin room. The bed sheets and quilt were not very clean and I had to change them twice.

Clean and sanitary, good value for money.

The hotel has many great facilities - we spent lots of time at the gym and chilling by the pool. There are food options for local cuisine and other popular cuisines, even our pickiest family members could easily find something to eat.

The lady at reception, Saumu. She must be highly commended for going out of her way to do serve the clients the best. God bless her!!

It felt like haven to me, excellent services I just gained 99% trust from my colleagues who I took to this hotel.....they were so happy and recommended us having dinner.. ,right at the "haven" of Dodoma,best western they call so! Keep it up !!!

Beautiful hotel great staff good food good ambiance modern room good internet good and modern conference facilities right at the city centre of dodoma and very near the airport. Best place i would recommend while staying in dodoma while traveling solo or with family

This was a real experience i got...Service is absolute worse...all Tables are shaking...forks and knifes are laying there from the previous customer...NO change for New...total imcompetent Personal..starting from the Management.. I am sorry so say... absolutely NOT Recommendable....and price is extraordinary high for what you get....small rooms and No comfort....100 USD/night....

One of the best place to stay in Dodoma. Neat and clean, functional rooms. I frequently visit Dodoma after opening of this hotel, I have stopped exploring other hotels in city. Hotel staff is very much hospitable and shows great warmth towards guests. My complements to the Hotel Management!!

This was my second stay in Dodoma, and SO much better than the last one. Best Western is centrally located, which made it easy to access different government departments as well as local markets and also some very nice bars and restaurants. There is limited parking but this is fine for international business visitors arriving by plane. The existing small airport is so close you could almost walk to and from it. The standard room was great. The desk was fine (and I spent a lot of time using it), the bed was comfy, the AC and TV worked well and the shower was super. There were three different venues to eat (depending on time of day) and the menu was good. Breakfast was particularly good. The view of the city from the top lounge is spectacular. There is a small pool on the roof that also offers remarkable views. I didn't use the small gym, but it looked good and well maintained. Business facilities (conference rooms, computers and printer) were all really good - and critically - the wifi was excellent. BUT - what really made the stay enjoyable and relaxing (despite my busy itinerary) was the wonderful staff. Everybody from the cleaners, waiting and security staff to the receptionists and managers were excellent. They all gave the impression that they enjoyed their work and wanted to assist customers in whatever way they could. This has not been my experience at other establishments and the difference it makes to a busy business trip cannot be over-stated. All the key staff also had excellent English which was really helpful for a visitor whose Swahili remains limited. Finally, if you have a chance to attend Thursday night karaoke you will be amazed by the vocal range and wonderful voice of Michael, who lead the event and encourages participation. And yes - I would visit Best Western Dodoma again.
