A very good price/performance ratio. Breakfast buffet is abundantly equipped. Rooms are clean and well-empty. Large rooms for meetings and events. Many parking facilities. Personally available and friendly. Always like to be there.

We got placed in this hotel by Lufthansa after we missed our flight connection at Frankfurt/M airport, and had to stay overnight. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel starting from our arrival in the middle of the night, as the staff were extremely helpful in accommodating us, since we arrived without any luggage. We got a nice quirky room on the ”Adventure Floor”, called the ”Bamboo Room” (see pictures). We ended up enjoying our stay thoroughly, including the very extensive and delicious breakfast. The style of the hotel is very German, meaning a bit quirky and old-fashioned decor, but very well maintained and clean throughout.

I am still staying at the hotel and my experience so far has been absolutely horrible. The checkin was so slow and the male receptionist was disinterested for any greetings let alone offering any help with baggage . Sent me through wrong side of the lift and had to take stairs to get to my room it would have been easier if I was advised to take only 3 steps of stairs and the then the lift which opens right outside the room I was allocated. The cleaning standards of the hotel are awful on next level. The room is so dirty , the corners are filthy and the situation under the beds is disgusting. The housekeeper enter your room to verify if you are staying over rather than checking the system at the reception. The cleaners seem bothered when you ask them to refresh your room and they don’t greet you at all. It’s like I always have to remind twice if I need something. Customer service runs in negative not even zero . I made the biggest mistake of choosing this hostel /hotel , I have never experienced this bad hotel in my life. My recommendation, spend a little more and book somewhere where the staff actually wants to work. Well apart from greeted by a lovely lady receptionist on Saturday evening , the day I checked in ,,, nothing is right about my stay.

Had to book in here at short notice as Lufthansa had royally shafted us with our flights but to be honest, we wished we had stayed here instead of a more expensive place in the middle of Frankfurt. Close to the S-Bahn station or a €20 Uber ride into Frankfurt itself. Rooms are a decent size and clean. The showers are spot on. Staff were really nice as well. Can't comment on breakfast as we left before. There doesn't seem to be much in the area but the McDonald's round the corner was enough for us. As a base to explore Frankfurt it would be ideal. A lot cheaper than staying in the city centre

I stayed here for a couple of days while attending a course close by in Neu Isenburg. It is located in the middle of a business zone but very quiet. The room I was in was spacious and the bar/restaurant was modern. I’d definitely stay here again.

The overall design and layout of the hotel, lobby and the rooms themselves was good, fresh and modern. There were a few issues however that detracted from my stay at the Niu Coin. -I requested a quiet room on my reservation and again on check in (as I needed a good nights sleep for the work I was doing) however the room I received I was awoken a few times during my stay with doors slamming in the corridor, the room doors are spring loaded and slam as people come and go during the night. -The shower curtain in the bathroom was heavily stained at the bottom and there was a slight drain smell in the bathroom on one day of my stay -The own branded shower gel in the bathrooms smelt amazing but the container was almost empty -The Wi-Fi was entirely useless, on the one occasion i did need to work on a business document online the internet connection continually logged me out after 2 minuites. Positives - the breakfast was good - the staff were friendly and helpful - the location was good and overall the cleanliness (other than the shower curtain) was good. The Niu Coin is a good concept and the website, design and layout lead me to believe the company has good vision for a modern hotel brand. However the operational delivery is somewhat lacking in places. The hotel management needs to re-focus on the basics such as cleanliness, maintaince and operational processes - these as all the least glamourous aspects of the hotel business but getting the basics right is key for everything else they're hoping to acheive

The air conditioner is not working well, the room card often cannot be swiped to open the door, other things are ok! There is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, which can directly reach the city center and the train station, which is very convenient!

The rooms are fully equipped and can be of any size. Compared with the price of less than 70 euros (perhaps because of road maintenance being done around the hotel), the price-performance ratio is very high. The only regret is that it is a little far from the main train station, 4 stops on the subway and about 10 minutes walk, costing 3.4 euros per person. But you can take Uber for 9 euros, which is not expensive. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. You can walk to several attractions and the city for shopping and eating. It only takes 5-10 minutes to walk. Hotel check-in is self-service, but there are attendants to assist you. If the check-in time is earlier than 14:00, you will be charged 20 euros, but the waiter was very nice and canceled it. Just leave your room card at the front desk when leaving the hotel, which is very convenient. The shower room in this hotel is a completely transparent glass room, standing next to the bed. If there are two people staying here who are not a couple, it will be awkward to take a shower because there is no shower curtain.

We were flying back to the UK from Frankfurt over the bank holiday weekend when our flight was cancelled. My other half found and booked this room as we had nowhere to stay. I can honestly say this is the best hotel we have stayed in. The lobby is beautiful and very impressive and the gentleman Viktor who served us could not have been more helpful. The place looks immaculate and very tastefully decorated, it's a very warm and inviting hotel. The room was lovely and the bed was easily the nicest I've ever slept in. The bathroom is also lovely and the shower is both hot and the pressure fantastic. We both ate here and enjoyed the food and drink very much. I told my boyfriend that this was the best hotel we've stayed in and to beat this one will take some doing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
