The hotel is friendly to foreigners. Staff is polite and friendly, can communicate via English. Food in Canteen is good.

The location is good. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It cost 1,700 taka by airport taxi from the airport, and 500 taka by Uber from the hotel to the airport. The shower is not warm, just a slight difference in temperature between hot and cold water. But the water is lukewarm so it doesn't bother me ☺️. The restaurant opens at 6:30, but even if you go at 6:30, they just started preparing and you can't eat. Please go at 6:50. The menu is pretty good. There is only one elevator and it seems like 80% of the staff is using it, so you may have to wait a long time. I hope they improve this.

Very bad experience

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff and atmosphere. I would recommend to stay. Nice Bannani area behind Hotel Sheraton. Variety of foods for breakfast and nice clean rooms. Spa and gym are included with the room. Lunch and dinner are also served.

It was my first time stayed in that hotel. Location in close to everything on Gulshan and Bonani, ride to Airport is 30 to 45 minutes depends on traffic. Service was five stars and every person who work there whom I have some kind of interaction was outstanding.

One of the most important things to me when I stay at a hotel is the staff. Each staff member who I interacted with was so kind, polite, respectful, and personable. I stayed for over a week in the hotel, and each day felt like I was with people I had known all my life. I absolutely loved visiting with the staff, and I truly miss them very much after leaving the country. Regarding the hotel, it was very nice, comfortable, and in the perfect location. I enjoyed going for short walks, and whenever I went site seeing, the staff were wonderful with providing suggestions and recommendations. The restaurant was fantastic! The traditional foods were so delicious, and the service was the best. The only issue I had was the bathroom in my room. It had a musty scent to it, like there had been a past leak. I did not complain about it because it was a minor issue, and it did not affect the actual room in any way. All other aspects of the hotel were absolutely amazing, and I would recommend Hotel Omni Residency to anyone looking for a wonderful hotel, an amazing staff, and delicious meal options. This is why I am giving a 5 star rating, because my overall experience was wonderful. To all the management and staff of Hotel Omni Residency, thank you so much for taking such good care of me!

Our experience with Omni Residence Dhaka was deeply disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we weren't able to stay at the hotel due to it being supposedly overbooked. Instead of providing a swift solution, they blamed the system for the error. We had to wait for an extended period before an alternative accommodation was arranged. To add to the inconvenience, during our stay in the new hotel, we were unexpectedly asked to relocate again. The organization and handling of the situation were simply terrible. Honestly, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment.

The hotel is an excellent one. The food is also delicious, and the restaurant is clean; the persons engaged in serving are gentle and professional. I stayed there for two nights and hoped to be there again if I need to be in Dhaka for some occasions.

The name of the hotel is Omni Residency at Bannani. Excellent place with security. Got complementary welcome drink, free breakfast and fruit basket. Got clean and fresh room. Across from Sheraton hotel.

It' s one of the best hotels at very moderate rates. Each and every people are trained for providing utmost satisfaction to each and every individual guest. Since more international guests are staying here, they take special care to suit the food of the country from where the people are coming. The kitchen and food with the able Shef is absolutely awesome. I have been staring here in all my official trips and would suggest everyone to give a try. The amenties in room and bathroom are excellent and can be compared to any A class hotels in and around here. The ambience and also the staff are very well behaved and always keeps a smile across their face. Do give a try to stay here. You will not be let down. It is also in posh Banani area

It is one of the Excellent Hotels I will recommend for all Foreigners who visit Dhaka, especially Indians. The rooms are elegant with absolute cleanliness. Bed Sheets are changed regularly. There is a Tea Maker that gets replenished everyday. There is a wide variety of Menu in Breakfast to choose from. It keeps on changing everyday, especially taking care of the taste of the guests staying in this Hotel which mostly come from different countries around the world. The Manager and Chef are very competent and will make food according to your wish and are very caring. The ambience of the Dinning Hall is very good. The entire team from top to the bottom management are very professional which many Hotels in the area lack off. They are very caring and with very good rooms. They have a fitness Gym and a inhouse SPA incase anyone wants to freshen. The bathrooms and fittings are one of the top class used. They are never bother about being stingy as their rooms are mostly filled up. It is located in the posh Banani Area and very convenient to move to any location. The rooms are also very airy and homely. I come here regularly and stay for 30 days at a stretch but never felt that I am out of home. It is one of the best Budgeted Hotel. Give this hotel a try and you will never feel disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel twice now. The staff are friendly and personable. The place is also clean. Good option. I would recommend the manager to air out their rooms regularly. Strong chemical smell. But, once we left the balcony open for half an hour, smooth sailing!

The stay was comfortable and the staff where very friendly. I wanted to get a hair cut and they were kind enough to escort me to a near by place and ensured that my need was met. One area for improvement is to increase the vegetarian options available on the menu :) !
