這酒店可以説是高端大氣上檔次
服務：很好 特別是保安大叔廖師傅熱情體貼懂你的需要 所以特別要表揚一下
環境：優雅靜謐
衞生：我的感覺很棒很乾凈
設施：也是比較好的。就是空調不給力 強烈建議酒店給空調機檢查一下 加一點氟里昂 否則這個價格就對不起客人了！
早餐環境不錯 品種豐富

可能是住一樓的原因吧，我房間內竟然能看到蚊蟲在飛，退房的時候沒跟我説就扣了五塊錢，我打電話回去才説我消費了一瓶水，麻煩以後核實了再扣，啥都沒動就亂扣錢説我喝水了。。當然也有好的地方，酒店的健身房和游泳池都不錯，還有我手錶落下了在更衣櫃裏，特別感謝搓澡師傅拾金不昧的精神

硬件設施還可以，但是服務就差太遠了。
車直接開進門口的車位，保安説要車頭朝外，我説好，人下車拿下東西就調頭，結果保安就一直在邊上説：車位裏的箭頭看不懂嗎？車位裏的箭頭看不懂嗎，看不懂嗎？語氣充滿了不滿與不耐煩。
房間裏的贈飲的水喝完了，想讓酒店送兩瓶水喝，被告知要收費，收費也可以，但是一瓶不曉得什麼品牌的水要收5塊一瓶，我就接受不了，小瓶怡寶也要5塊，酒店到最近的便利店估計在600多米的樣子。
總的來説，酒店不錯，服務太爛，還好也衹是臨時住一晚。

看到酒店就很有氣勢，感覺很有列隊迎賓的樣子，過道很寬，房間也很大，洗浴空間都大的有點誇張，陽台上深呼吸負氧離子含量絕對滿滿，還養了黑天鵝和孔雀，總之有點豪橫的趕腳

賓館的環境非常好，綠化做得很棒，大廳很大氣，屬於新中式風格，房間很大，衞浴很乾凈。房間晚上提供小零食，水果，糖水（銀耳），並提供開床服務。大廳服務人員和保安都很熱情，早餐也很豐富，環境很好。很意外，對於一個縣級行政區域的賓館來説服務已經做非常好了。

泳池很不錯，是向公眾開放的，人蠻多的。有時候覺得人多好，有時候又喜歡人少點～但那晚泳池玩的很開心，遇見一個10歲的小妹妹，遊了一晚～酒店可以帶寵物入住，蠻小的地方，但是還挺有人情味的。不習慣拍照片一張沒拍～

德興之行入住銀鹿賓館，總的來説不錯，湖景房舒服，環境優美，是鍛鍊的好的地方。晚上送了綠豆湯，早餐種類很多，好吃豐富。不足的地方浴室沒有地巾不方便，陽台沒有坐的地方，要搬房間裏的桌子和座椅。
