We travelled Italy for 3 weeksand we stayed at the Admiral Hotel Villa Erme for 3 nights but wish it was more. It was far the best hotel we stayed in on our holiday in Italy. Great hotel, lovely welcome and really nice staff. Location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Fantastic facilities, free garage parking, roof top jacuzzi was fantastic especially in the evenings. Food was superb and the cocktails were even better. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice for everyone. We used the gym one morning and it has everything you need for a good work out. We definitely be staying here again when we return to Lake Garda.

Such lovely hotel. On the outskirts of Desenzano but a lovely 35 minute walk along the lake to the centre of the town . Reception staff really helpful. All the staff were friendly and not put off by my pigeon Italian . Excellent selection at breakfast. Only tiny negative was lack of kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Even a bottle of water would have been nice. Hot tub was great. Didn’t try the pool but it looked lovely. Very clean everywhere.

The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Food was excellent as well. The hotel is literally 50m from the lake and the free bike hire just wrapped up a glorious stay. I would definitely recommend and will be going back

Beautiful quaint hotel, clean lovely food and staff are fabulous. Location is about 30min walk from the main town but there are nice restaurants in the local town. Bus to Peschiera highly recommended, hotel will give you the schedule

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location. This has the feel of a family-owned B&B, but with a lot more to offer. Clean, functional rooms and super-friendly staff, happy to help. The indoor pool is surrounded by a sunbathing area with the bar a short stroll away. The rooftop terrace is a must in sunny weather. There's on-site parking, bike's available to use and Lake Garda is literally a short walk down the path directly opposite the hotel. There are a couple of bars about 50yds each side. Approx 100 yds to the right of the entrance is the restaurant 'Rossi & Rossi' which we found good quality and value. Every May the Mille Miglia classic car race stops outside this hotel. That's now on my list when we return.

A very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and we liked the small pool. There is a spa, sauna and gym equipment. There is a roof area with loungers and a tub. Breakfast is very good with a large selection of fruits and cereals and the Italian version of bacon and eggs. I won't comment on the evening meals as Italians eat a bit different to English. Finally the staff, excellent

Dieses Hotel ist perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt am Gardasee. Zentral gelegen um alle bekannten Orten zu erkunden. Nur 100m zum See /Stand. Auch finden sich gute Restaurants nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch im hoteleigenen Restaurant lässt es sich gut speisen. Und nicht zu vergessen das Personal. Einfach super freundlich. Jeder Wunsch wird versucht ihn zu erfüllen. Immer wieder gerne.

Ritorno dove fino a 60 anni fa giocavo in campagna, è tutto cambiato, ma i ricordi rimangono, buona cena e camera ampia luminosa e comoda, la chiacchierata, con la titolare dell'hotel sui tempi andati, vale il viaggio da Milano. Grazie a tutti ed arrivederci.

Ci siamo recate in questo hotel per una notte. Qualche giorno prima di partire senza avvisarci ci hanno addebitato l’intero importo della prenotazione, quando abbiamo chiamato per chiedere informazioni dell’accaduto ci hanno risposto molto scortesemente, sottolineo che non sia normale non avvisare per un importo così alto. Colazione scarsa e succo finito alle ore 10 senza che nessuno lo ricaricasse (la colazione finiva alle 10.30), non prendete i pancake perché sono orrendi. C’è rimasto impresso il modo molto scortese di rispondere a dei clienti che chiedono spiegazioni e quindi avere dall’altra parte del telefono una persona scocciata che non ci ha spiegato nulla. Sono due giorni che aspettiamo i soldi dela pre autorizzazione indietro visto che abbiamo già pagato il check out, quindi per ora abbiamo pagato due volte, questa ci sembra una pratica assurda soprattutto per delle persone con difficoltà economica e con delle spese che devono saldare a breve termine. NON CI TORNEREMO MAI PIÙ
