Had a lovely big spacious room, location was great to wedding venue we were going to, check in and carpark easy

Old and dilapidated hotel. No AC so our room was above 30 degrees for our entire stay. We had one fan that did nothing to help the temperature, asked for another fan (receptionist seemed very annoyed by my request) and was given a small desktop thing. Windows didn’t open far enough to get any air circulation. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and I nearly passed out due to the heat in there after a Luke-warm shower. There were only two plug sockets in our room which had the two fans in them. Other sockets only supported USB and our devices, (including medical devices which needed charging) didn’t have USB chargers so we had to choose between the fans and charging devices. I get that we visited during a heatwave but the lack of empathy and support from hotel staff was shocking.

Neronika the lady on reception was very professional polite and helpfull. I have stayed at the hotel in a few occasions and always found the room to ge clean and the staff polite.

Enjoyable stay. Woman on desk helpful. Didn’t stay for food. Pricey. Such is life. Parking free at least

Internet dropped in and out which caused issues with work video calls/access Older style rooms, need a refurb of features. Tired. Charging is sooo slow for phones and no USB ports Oast House next door has lovely staff but needs a refurb too - tired Little option to walk to find better food options nearby Useful location for certain businesses Just needs a refurb across the board by Premier Inn owners

excellent and entertaining to say the least. took far too long to find the hotel. but on arrival was nice to see a smily face checking me and a fellow associate in. room clean and no gripes from me. didnt eat at the estbalishment next door. becomes tiresome when on the road seeing the same monotonous menu. overall good stay

On arrival Emma was so polite and courteous to both myself and brother. Nothing was to hard and made my stay very relaxing

Great location and a great atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff ( reception, bar/restaurant, cleaners) loved my room and it was good value for a Saturday night. Was a little noisy in the lounge area due to young children running around but other than that it was a lovely evening.
