Travelodge Derby Cricket Ground

Tha staff we're friendly very helpful. The place spotless. There's not a lot more I can possibly say but I'll be back and I would recommend this travelodge too anyone.

First room allocated and the tv didn’t work but staff kindly moved me to another room. Unfortunately the next morning at 8:30am there were workmen in the corridor replacing the ceiling tiles so there was loud hammering, drilling and sawing. The hotel manager refunded me 1 night stay but I don’t understand why they would use the rooms if there was repairs going on. Leaving the room I had to step over paint pots and tools.

First time staying here with my business friends,we visit the bar cafe area for drinks & food,we are liking the happy hour (5pm-7pm) met Amy Asha Marie & the new chef Zita,Zita food was spot on,please thank the staff for me

For a cheapish nights stay this location while is ok. close enough to the Train and Bus stations and the city centre. The Pride Park location is a much better choice of Travelodge, and if your budget allows Derby does offer better locations to stay at.

We have extended our stay 3 times as feel so relaxed here. Very helpful staff including the cleaners.

Would definitely recommend this very clean and friendly hotel especially if you like cricket obviously the view of the ground is superb also we had left are charger at previous travelodge in Stafford and Gemma was able to help with a temporary charger and organised the charger to be kept for us to retrieve from Stafford ,Gemma fantastic customer service

Welcome by the friendly team Amy Kiera and Gemma.beds are so comfy pillows are so fluffy,didnt visit for breakfast but had evening meals,lite bites are value for money,Loving the happy hour,bar area was busy with great customer,Thank you

Fantastic stay with my family,hotel was clean,beds are comfy Was welcomed by Amy Kiera & Gemma,these girls are a credit to the team. Massive shout out to the chef Louis,evening meals was spot on & so glad to see there happy hour at this hotel as we stay in many and they don't have it

Lovely staff key cards are great ,service at reception and bar fantastic Gemma ,Amy & Kiera thank you ladies ,lovely location near to town I would definitely return to this hotel
