The Stay Company, Friar Gate

We went here for the weekend as we had a function in Derby. It was a last minute booking and it was more than expected. 15min walk to the Derbion mall, Bus 8 or G just opposite the apartment and 7 to 10 min on Uber. Attended the cinema and it was fun 😁 Hindsight: Home away from home.

Still thinking about my stay ! Theirs nothing I can fault. Such a beautiful property, so spaces and very clean nothing missing all essentials are in this accomodation. Its very close to the city centre and my partner and kids loved it host were great whenever i sent a message or called (my interactions were nothing to do with the property but an enquiry about later check out and to apologise for the delay in paying my deposit which I paid on the morning of my stay ) I generally cannot wait to book again and in the same property but this time a little longer hoping to book a 4 night / 1 week in the school holiday . I actually miss being their in all fairness. Will highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Derby . Thank you once again to the host and such speedy response with my enquiries. I look forward to booking again and in my 3rd home aha! 😄

Absolutely fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. A real home from home. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay & will now stay here every time we come to Derby. Staff were awesome too. We had a slight issue with a plug socket and called them , on a bank holiday Sunday and they were at the door and sorting it out within minutes. Cannot thank the stay company enough and cannot recommend enough 👌

Great location , secure gated parking, great attention to detail. Smooth check in and check out. Deposit returned promptly. Excellent communication. Excellent wifi and easy to connect. Friendly staff . Aesthetically pleasing. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

First time I have stayed at Whitefriars in Nottingham, but it won't be the last. Superb accommodation in the centre of the City. The photos uploaded show the comfort and facilities, which you don't get for this price at a hotel. Booking was easy, and any queries were quickly answered by very friendly people at The Stay Company. Recommended

Simply wonderful apartment to stay in. Very close to all the shops. Splendidly clean. Gives a homely feeling. Bus stops are all close by. Town centre is a 5 mins walk away. Heaters works well and kept the room just nice and toasty.

Perfect for 5 adults attending a family event in Derby. We had our own bedrooms and 2 bathrooms between us. Kitchen was adequate and laundry room gave us a space to iron out shirts! Restaurants along the road and a short stroll to city centre shops! Highly recommend 10/10
