I had 4 nights, it was magnificent experience. Very well organized, magic location, grand breakfast and many activities to engage with. Could easily fill a whole week. More attentive staff than I have experienced anywhere in China. The Branch Manager Chris always looking over everything, even could talk to the personal guest manager Joan through dedicated WeChat channel all times. Everything was taken of. So easy and effortless. Hope to return soon for more Sport activities as possibilities are endless. Also visited their Castle which has its own Charme and good combination.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place you should go! It's an amazing retreat for relaxation, and even the air feels different. The helpful and friendly staff is another merit of this place. The room was spacious with an amazing view of the mountains. Visiting the Naked Castle is a must-do. It's a good place for photos.

The soundproofing of the room is slightly worse, mainly referring to the internal corridor and adjacent rooms. Because the windows are made of insulating glass, there is basically no sound. The room size and layout are good, the front desk and the aunt are very good, the smart toilet is extra points, the most amazing thing is that the temperature is very warm several times, the air conditioner is not cold at all, if it is not confirmed by the front desk, there is no heating, I think there is heating.

The hotel area is amazing and peaceful. We didn’t expect it could be so lovely place to chill and enjoy time. The hotel is comfortable, clean and cozy. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Lovely coffee places, nice gym and swimming pool areas. The Mountain Views are the best. We didn’t want to leave because it was not enough and we know we will come again for sure. High recommended place to stay.
