The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was good. However, the water pipe under the basin in the room we stayed in was leaking. At first, the master said that it was clogged and just put some powder on it and it would be cured. However, the leakage became worse and he asked us to change the room because it was too late and changed it to the next morning. After changing rooms, the basin is still leaking. It is said that this floor is designed in this way. I think this needs to be taken seriously. Every time water leaks, the floor is a mess. It would be too dangerous if I fall.

這個酒店真心值得一住。對於第一次來陌生城市旅遊的人，住酒店，無非就是，地點好，交通方便，有吃有喝有玩，服務再熱情一些。這個酒店一應俱全！我第二天要趕車吃不上早餐了，前台提前一天把食品水果給我備足了！暖心的話咱就不説了。或許你們有更好的選擇，但我告訴你們，來德清的朋友們，住這個酒店不會讓你失望！

初次來到德清，趁着假期的尾巴帶孩子出來玩，在攜程選擇了這家店，跟着導航來到酒店，門口停車很方便，到了酒店前台美女小姐姐很熱情的接待了我們，順利辦理了入住，本來房間裏衹含兩份早飯，小姐姐更貼心的給我們免費送了早飯，很不錯的體驗，愉快的旅行。

先説環境，地理位置在中心地帶，靠近吉祥街，周邊吃的多，但是酒店沒有獨立停車場，店前面衹有10幾個車位，是公用的！訂的高級雙床，到了後説所有的此房型空調都壞了，給安排了家庭房，但是家庭房的床其中一個衹有1.2。進門有兩家酒店，不知道算哪一家的，大堂屋頂還漏水，弄了個水桶接着，地上有水也沒擦。再説衞生，第一次給安排的家庭房（無煙房）卻有一股濃重的煙味！後面讓前台給更換了另一間，沒有味道了，但是衞生實在是很臟！出去時酒店前台説讓我們回來時提前電話聯繫，她會負責給找車位。結果是讓我們停對面沃爾瑪商場，當然停車費酒店報銷了。但是回來時正下雨，我們又帶着孩子，對當地道路也不熟，兜好幾圈才找到車位，非常不滿意。
服務還是可以的，雖然有問題，但是前台也積極解決了
