Staff is very friendly. The lady at the reception is very nice and accept us to book on last minute. Great location and walking distance to attractions. Rooms are also very nice. Thanks

房間很新，衞生乾淨，雖然不比酒店的設施，但是東西齊全，自建房最高四樓竟然也有電梯，兩大兩小空間合適，床稍微小了點，兩張床中間的牀頭櫃是作死的不能合併，雖然馬路邊上的房間但是隔音可以接受，就是半夜樓下不知道什麼聲音有點響

房間很衞生，一家人很和善，下雨會提供免費的雨傘非常貼心，裝修很新有一種家裡裝修的樣子，還有旋轉式的樓梯，下次有機會還會入住

比較新的民宿，還有電梯，設施齊全，房間挺大的，衞生間也很乾凈，可以帶小狗非常好，老闆一家人很好，有問題第一時間來解決，很感謝。也推薦了附近的早餐店，很好吃，下次來新市再住這裏，開車去古鎮也很近

民宿非常好，乾淨衞生，是老闆自己建的房子，老闆非常熱情，介紹的早餐非常棒，是這次杭州之行最贊、最原生態的小籠包，我們家小朋友吃了兩籠

總體設施基本OK，衞浴用品都有。床褥被子和枕頭舒適度衞生狀況還不錯。主人熱情，夜晚也基本安靜。空調很暖，打開屋子裡很暖，被子挺厚實（適合不開空調）
夜沒睡好因為感冒發燒，古鎮也沒去又昏睡一上午。這家停車比較容易，在酒店後街巷。
不足是熱水壓力較小，洗浴不是很暖
