Just checked in. Shuttle from the airport was convenient and the driver was pleasant. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room very modern and clean. I anticipate our stay to be pleasant.

The hotel was clean and nice but the restaurant was loud and apparently did not have heat - the bartender said it had been months of waiting for corporate to fix the problem

The reason I gave an average overall score is that we booked the room for 5 people, but there were towels just for 2, there was no extra pillow, sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. In addition, the shampoo and shower gel were not full. We arrived late and wanted to go to bed but had to wait until we got what was missing. Staff was great though.

The person in the reception in the mornimg was very distracted and he dosen't control at 4:30 am the names of people who recerv the shotul for the airpor and whwn we dont have espace he get engry. Very bad.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Fresh cookies when we checked in and the restaurant attached, the Tower Top and Grill Bar was actually amazing food! I had the Chefs Special, blue cheese crusted filet and Brussels sprouts for the app and it was honestly one of the best meals I have had. I was not expecting the food to be that good at a “hotel” restaurant but I highly recommend at least giving it a shot.

Made a last minute reservation and ten minutes later checked in. Smooth process. Room was clean, beds super comfortable.
Have to pay for WIFI and parking….but otherwise excellent accommodations.

Could not control temperature in room, very hot. Was not informed of the $100 NON-refundable pet fee. Will not stay here again. Front desk not informative about internet service
