非常糟糕的入住體驗！房間電視機無法關閉電源，用電視機遙控器、房間智能語音服務器等等方法，且找不到電視機的電源插頭…衹能整晚藍屏。床頭智能語音服務器忽然半夜發出語音：歡迎xxx 先生入住……，過一段時間又發出語音。找不到其電源關閉電源，讓人整夜不得安寧！房間充滿幽藍的光、半夜突然響起的語音，猶如進行中的午夜驚魂

性價比非常高的一家酒店。位置德化瓷藝城很近，停車方便。房間設備齊全，尤其是智能馬桶，可以語音控制，很好玩，也很方便。洗澡水也很大，也很熱。房間還有送小零食。早餐也還不錯。在這個價位有這樣的酒店設施是很不錯的了。
總的是很滿意，給點建議：房間智能設備很多，但如果在智能語音喚醒上再給明顯的提示就更好了，畢竟剛開門智能語音説明不一定有人會聽。有些老年人可能就無法掌握了。
當初我開電視也是半天沒有打開，後來也是從智能控制器上找到的。
總的説來是一家很不錯的酒店，有很高的性價比。

臨時訂的房間，想不到讓人很驚艷，房間很大很新，很多智能化設備，我女兒超愛。早餐也不錯，雖然説不上超好，但是乾淨衞生，能吃的飽。總體了來説非常滿意。

今年剛開業的，挺乾淨的，早餐也還可以。下次還會再來住。提個小建議哦，作為攜程的鉑金會員，當場提了房間可否升級，但是前台直接就拒絕了，這個很不好。

酒店看着很智能，實際上不好用，電視確實無法關閉，遙控器衹是個擺設。晚上睡覺樓上的人一直在挪椅子、挪床？咯吱響了很久。花灑是小小的長方形，出水面積很小，早餐主打中餐，挺豐富的，麪包西點咖啡酸奶啥的就沒有了，前台的態度比較一般，房間裏衹有兩瓶小礦泉水，衣架衹有兩個，問前台要小童牙刷、拖鞋，回覆沒有。

昨晚12點，想洗個衣服，想多要幾個衣架，打電話到前台，一個男服務員態度不行，説沒有洗衣房，沒有晾衣服的地方，態度很不耐煩，説我怎麼不早點説，現在全部前台衹有他一個人走不開？這麼大個酒店全晚就他一個人？我説我自己去跟他拿，他又説沒有衣架，有就讓機器人給我送了！前台女生服務態度比較不錯

幾次來德化，入住體驗最好的酒店，性價比高，出門不用帶房卡，面部識別既可以進房間，房間夠大，一開始擔心圖片不對，入住後圖片是真實的！房間夠大！

很新，功能很完善；入住的床墊並不是智能產品，牀頭櫃卻又智能的提示語，建議如果沒有此功能，請撤掉該展示物料！

有星級酒店的感覺，自助早餐也相當的好吃，驚訝的是在這個價位的酒店，早餐可比肩星級酒店，生燙食材挺新鮮！
🎤總之，這是一家在德化算是挺寶藏的酒店，會強烈推薦到德化來要入住的酒店！（😆很大原因可能是因為新裝修剛開業不久，所以好感值很高）
