The trip to this hotel was good based on what the hotel has to offer. The hotel room was clean. The check in with Todd was quick and easy. They had coffee and breakfast… enough to start the day. I can say for my room booked one bed was better than the other for the two nights there. Translation one nights sleep was not good, the other nights sleep was great.
I will possibly stay here again if we go to Deerfield Beach, and I’m saying that in a positive way.

NO ONE WHO NEEDS GRAB BARS IN THE SHOWER SHOULD STAY HERE. NO ADA ACCOMMODATIONS. THEY SERVED UNHEALTHY MARGARINE NOT BUTTER FOR YOUR TOAST. THERE WAS NO CREAM FOR YOUR COFFEE. THE CHAIRS HAD TEARS IN THEM. ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING, ELEVATOR VERY SLOW. LOTS NEEDED TO BE FIXED.

This hotel is sort of a cheap motel, the pictures online are very deceiving. The pool is really small and is not like it looks in pictures. There is not even a decent lobby area. The only good thing is location since it’s close to the beach. Restroom tub had mold on it, carpet looks old and dirty.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn Oceanside Deerfield Beach, enticed by its promising reputation, but my experience was nothing short of dismal. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an uncleaned toilet adorned with blood stains, a shocking oversight that speaks volumes about the cleanliness standards here. Adding insult to injury, the door wouldn't even lock properly, leaving me feeling unsafe and had to go back to the front desk, wait another 20 minutes for the attendant in order to get another room. To top it off, the hidden fees were a slap in the face, with a hefty $100 deposit for cleaning, and an additional $15 for parking, conveniently omitted from the initial booking price. The attendant's unfriendly demeanor only exacerbated my disappoin**ent, providing lackluster service that left me questioning why I even bothered. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment – it's a disservice to anyone seeking comfort and hospitality.

If you’re reading this, it’s a sign you should not stay there. Aside from the proximity to the beach, this is the worst place I’ve seen. They don’t have breakfast as they claim, the staff and manager are unprofessional rude and will try to squeeze out every penny out of you. Whatever money you give them, they’ll hold on to it desperately. I felt sad for the property, inhospitable staff, desperate vibe and repairs needed across the whole property. I wanted to leave after the first night when I was woken up by their staff multiple times because they were too loud in the hallways multiple times, front desk had poor attitude, manager did not give me back my money for future nights despite the inconveniences they caused and I had to stay there since I spent close to $1000. This property is by far the worst I’ve been at. If you’re reading this do yourself a favor, pay a little more or stay inland to have a better vacation and surrounding a**osphere. The managers need to be trained in better hospitality and handling inconveniences or else they will lose this property and lose business and the jobs of their staff.

The beds were çomfortable, the rooms were clean. It was quiet and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. Staff was friendly. The only negative is that the breakfast was not as good as other comfort inns or other hotels offering breakfast. Waffles, fried eggs and sausage. The same every day. But staying there was still worth it.
