The hotel advertised pool , hot spa, but there was no pool or hot spa or access to the beach that is lying to customers. Elevators were dirty. No chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view, the sofa cushions fabric was rip in bad shape it was broken. The staff were very nice, breakfast was nice. Parking was OK. Location was ok.

Hotel was clean but elevator wasn’t working .. no pool or beach access. Didn’t tell us at the time of booking there was no beach access or pool. We had to go up and down the stairs case which was accessible from out side because of non functioning elevator

Hotel was nice but I was very disappointed!! Celebrated my husband birthday had 2 rooms booked under my name .. the elevator was not working properly. The property did not have pool or beach access as mentioned when we boooked and during check in the front desk lady stopped taking my information and was more focused on the conversation with other employees. Very disappointed!!

Such an amazing stay at the Hyatt Daytona Beach. They accommodated all my requests very well. Great breakfast. Room was perfect! Wish there was access to any of the beaches in the south part of Daytona. Closed due to erosion.

The staff was excellent. But we have come to know Hyatt place for their modern comfort. The room we had felt dated. It was clean for the most part, but it felt old. However, the view of the ocean was amazing!

Very good place to stay.
Staff are very friendly, food very good and fresh.
Maybe this hotel need upgrade but I hope the manager takes care of this .

We stayed a week at the Hyatt- Daytona. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The breakfast spread was delicious with a lot of options and also fresh hot coffee and juice. Even with the pool and access to the beach closed we were still able to enjoy ourselves. My only complaint would be the beds are very uncomfortable.

Before we booked we reviewed the pictures and they were nice. “Looks can be deceiving “. We arrived to the hotel and it smelled spoiled and moldy. 1. We were not aware that the pool and jacuzzi was not available and when we got to the rooms, it smelled very bad to the point we had to sleep with the sliding door open, the pull out sofa felt wet and smelled weird. There was trash left on the floor ( cleaners did not clean it good) and we caught the cleaners the following morning throwing trash over the balcony. Unpleasant experience and we want a refund.
