In this hotel no power backup, no c lining staff, and also birth-room shower problem. Ac not working properly. Main problem this hotel is more distance from bus stand, railway station & also autoriksha.

We had booked a room to stay overnight after a very long journey. When we reached, the *** at the reception kept on talking over the phone with owner/ manager for 20 minutes about rooms allotted to this party and that customer. He told us to wait with out revealing his intentions. We waited after 20 minutes we interrupted the conversation to ask us to give us the room. He very annoyingly asked us to speak to the speaker on the other side of the phone . The speaker refused to give us a room saying he is not bound to give it to us. First of all, they have enlisted in *********** and then upon booking they are ready to harass customers. Secondly, they wasted our time by about an hour by not letting us know that they will not allow us a room. Thirdly, it is absolutely an unprofessional and un ethical practice being in the hotel industry. We moved out with minimum argument but we thank our stars for not staying there. God knows what would have waited for us during our stay, regarding further service. Just at the time of entering also, we witnessed some heated conversation with one of the customers staying there.

Neat and clean situated near crpf camp. Basic amenities like drinking water, resturant is not available.

Room service is not good light back-up is not good but owner is promising to remove this issues

this property allows you to go to airport early, it does not have a restaurant but they have ordering facality from a 24*7 dhaba which is good. nice and clean rooms staff is helpful though he might need some hand, overall good exeperience.

3. The hotel was average. We were allotted a room in the 4th floor and there were no lift. The staircase was also small. The manager was kind of rude when we asked him to send the food in the room. He sometimes hangs up the call in the middle which shows his attitude towards his customer. They lack sense of responsibility. The location was overall good but remember don't book this place if you are coming with your old parents.
