位置還不錯，下樓就是吃的地方，馬路對面就是鐵人廣場，距離公交站幾百米遠，離着明湖也能步行前往。住一晚還是可以的。

住了特價房，價格很便宜，但是配置接近大酒店，超越一般小酒店。洗澡水是集中供熱，不會洗着半截變涼水，而且洗髮水和沐浴露也是罐裝按壓式的。樓下雖然有停車位，但是這地方有早市，早晨出發早的話需要把車停到稍微遠一點的地方，都是公共停車位不收費。
