大年初三定的普通標間，距離索道口很近，地理位置比較優越，可以早上起來搭乘最早一班的索道前往金頂。但是房間實在是條件堪憂，普通標間在頁面上沒有預覽圖，讓人誤以為和其他標間條件差不多，進了房間之後立刻懵了，房間是儲物室改建的，房頂一邊大一邊小，窗户很小，燈上的灰塵趕緊擦擦吧能有4指厚，牆角還有蜘蛛網，整體看着很壓抑不舒服，桌椅和床鋪非常老舊，夢迴60年代，感覺30元一天都太貴，大家看好了房間再定吧

總體來説很差。我訂的是豪華單間，標明23平米，入住後實測15平米左右（包括衞生間）。衞生極差，入住後床單上發現毛髮，找服務員要求更換，她態度極為惡劣地説是新換的，經反覆辨理，她終於極不情願地給更換了一套，而且在更換過程中態度極為惡劣。
