The front desk service is very poor... The check-out time of the hotel is 12 o'clock. Due to special circumstances, I need to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to communicate. At first, they said no. After asking the manager, they agreed to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. However, when I left the hotel, the hotel charged 50 US dollars from the deposit as a late check-out fee without explaining the situation to me. I was very dissatisfied with this and communicated with the front desk manager of the hotel. The front desk manager had a bad attitude and had no service awareness for the guests staying in the hotel. It is recommended to choose this hotel carefully to avoid affecting the interest of the trip.
I communicated with Ctrip customer service in time about the above situation, and Ctrip's service was as five-star as always.

The full length mirror was dirty. I could write my name in the dust on the glass.
I was cold so I got the blanket out of the zippered pouch for the sofa bed. The blanket had hairs all over it. Disgusting!
The hotel itself was in decent shape although the ice machine on our floor was not working.
Trying to get the shuttle to pick us up at the airport was a disaster. Every time we called they immediately placed us on a short hold. The hold would have been fine but they hung up on us several times. The other couple on the shuttle said the same thing.
I would probably look for a different place to stay.

This hotel was close to the airport and cruise port. They were very helpful at check in and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was great with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. They held our luggage for us while we enjoyed the area before we could board our cruise ship.

Rude staff that takes for granted the endless supply of cruise guests who are willing to tolerate terrible service just to get on a boat. We weren’t , and were treated poorly. The manager was incorrigible if you’re going on a cruise, STAY ELSEWHERE There are much more polite options for the same price and conveince.

Staff was very friendly. After check out they let us hang by the pool for a few hours which the kids loved. Pool and hot tub are very nice.

Staying only overnight for a cruise. It was an attractive choice because they had a shuttle from the airport. Unfortunately when we called for the shuttle we were given the incorrect waiting area. The driver said that he looked for us but never called us (we were asked to give a number for this very reason. It took 2 more calls to get it straight. Might not sound like a big deal but was very frustrating at the time. The hotel itself as was nice. The staff was very friendly and informative.
