The TV can be watched and the hair dryer can be used. The only shortcoming is the water heater. It says that it needs to be heated after two people use it. This family water heater is not able to provide hot water for washing and washing 24 hours a day. Environment: I booked a tatami room at first. There was no table in the room. Three people were crowded and it was a bit difficult to turn around. Facilities: I booked two rooms for two nights. The door lock of one of the rooms was broken, and there was no key to lock it. There was no elevator. It was too hard to carry the box up and down! I contacted the front desk and they said the lock was broken. I climbed up and down and asked the master to fix it, but it didn't fix it in the end. We changed to another room. When we left, the door was locked. When we came back, we found that the door was open again. There is a big safety hazard! It is really unacceptable. Service: The attitude of the front desk and the maintenance man was good, but the door was repaired for more than an hour and still not fixed.
