Misleading stay. You cannot receive check-in instructions without paying a $300 deposit and then a mandatory $80 cleaning fee. This is not disclosed at the time of purchase so you won’t know until it’s too late and cannot find another place to stay. Lock is extremely difficult to open even when I got the green light. Couldn’t open the door so I never got into the apar**ent and my stay was only 1 night so it was pointless. I called in the morning and was offered a refund, but still had nowhere to sleep. They didn’t offer me the remaining hours until checkout at 11am after their office opened again. The problem is I still needed somewhere to rest after spending the night outside the apar**ent. Location is great, but customer service is poor. They don’t post the working hours so you cannot contact them if you are checking late. I called several hours beforehand because my flight got delayed

Didn’t actually get to stay in it had an emergency and had to fly back home early but just from the location and the property itself I’d say it’s great!

Those AIRBNB is just amazing. Clean, affordable. I highly recommend. There’s something: $300 security deposit I had to claim 3 weeks after my stay. And they took $70 for cleaning. Parking for free in Downtown parking the highest.

Everything was satisfactory

I thought it was strange at first because they asked me to pay 5 times more deposit than the accommodation barbie, but my concerns became true. The cleaning fee was returned minus $88. It's ridiculous. No explanation, no kitchen utensils. When I leave, I organize it and throw away two books next to the trash can.

It was bad. I constantly emailed and called the numbers about my problems nobody never responded. I went to the office. I have videos in pictures. The stay wasn’t right I wasn’t able to watch tv at all it was no remote control. It was holes in the wall I was only given one face towel I had to buy detergent to re wash the towels just to take proper showers. The place wasn’t worth my money that I worked hard for I didn’t enjoy my stay at all

They wouldnt answer calls for anything we needed help with. There was no remote for the tv and we asked for one and they never brought it. We waited 3 days for toilet paper. Outlets didnt work. It was awful.

We arrive and there is no one in the lobby. They have a 300 dollar deposit to send you by mail the room number and the Door Code and that email arrived around 2 in the morning, bad service but to collect the deposit alone busy 2 seconds

The hallways smelled of pot which permeated into the room. Mattress was old and squeaky. Upon checking out, I received notification that I’ll be refunded 220 of my 300 deposit. I have called and left emails with no response. The unit was left just the way I came in (pictures attached that were taken just before leaving). No damages were incurred, yet they are not returning my damage deposit in full. They advertise having a gym. It is not for use, nor do they provide the code to enter. It is for the residents in the adjoining building.

This placed served my purposes perfectly - There were a few things off: Only one parking space, only one access card, the smell of smoke, and the window view of a homeless park HOWEVER, I walked everywhere I needed for the week: Convention center, 7-11, etc. They had a nice pool and workout center. I couldn't beat the price either...

I am writing to express my deep concern about my recent experience at your property and to request a refund for my reservation. My stay, unfortunately, was marked by a series of alarming incidents that compromised my safety and overall experience. Upon arriving at the property at 11:30pm, I quickly realized that it was an apar**ent building rather than a traditional hotel. The a**osphere outside was unsettling, with people hanging out and drinking, creating an uncomfortable environment. The valet parking, located at the back of the building, proved to be an additional challenge as the attendants hesitated to accept my car due to my lack of a room number. Despite numerous attempts to reach the contact number listed, I received no response, leaving me frustrated and concerned about the lack of communication. When my car was eventually accepted and I proceeded towards the main entrance of the building, I was confronted with an extremely distressing sight. A person was engaged in inappropriate behavior by the roadside, creating a deeply uncomfortable and unsafe situation. I felt extremely vulnerable, forced to walk faster while carrying all of my luggage. Upon entering the building, I searched extensively for any instructions or room number information, I had to make the decision to leave and find another place.

Lock box outside the property was broken. Didn’t know this until halfway through my stay. So anyone could have came in and taken my stuff and they wanted me to leave the key in the lockbox even if I was in the property. Found that very unnerving.

It absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke, and one of the guest are extremely allergic to cigarette smoke. The room is dirty. Things were broken and out of place. The lockbox was already unlocked when we arrived, so we felt unsafe. I’ve called SEVERAL times today, and I’ve been unable to reach anyone. We were in the area for work. We’ve got in contact with ********* and they can’t get in contact with the host either. We have to drive almost two hours back home because we have nowhere to stay. ********** wouldn’t even move us to another room because they couldn’t get in contact with the host, and they wouldn’t move us to another hotel.

The apar**ent had plenty of amenities (kitchen, washer and dryer) but felt a bit like sleeping in a warehouse or a jail, a fully concrete and austere setting, with nearly unsleepable mattresses, hard, could feel spring through them in both the main room, and especially the front room pull out bed.
