這個民宿真心很不錯，強力推薦，22年新建小區，所有設施完善，室內裝修闆闆正正，乾乾淨淨。而且所有含電設施都很新，都很智能。最滿意的就是馬桶，哈哈，很喜歡。距離金石灘和發現王國也很近，開車五分鐘。老闆人也很好，強力推薦來着附近住這裏。

非常好！價格便宜，入住不需要登記，商家直接發來房門密碼，退房直接走就好了，體驗絲滑。屋裡各種日用物品一應俱全，就跟在家裡一樣，還可以做飯。社區安靜，整體入住體驗很好

這家是我來大連最滿意一家，房間乾淨漂亮，小區內是個二層複式好喜歡，交通也方便，老闆人超好，租了他的車，來地鐵站接，回去送，給我們聯繫遊艇出海，釣的魚還幫我們做好，味道也不錯，歡迎大家去大連金石灘就找這家，超讚！

老闆服務周到，響應及時，隨叫隨到，還親自開車接送我們，耐心給出周邊旅遊攻略，出門不遠就有飯店，吃飯很方便。房間寬敞乾淨，傢俱家電配套很全，住的很舒心，推薦指數五顆星。

L型大陽台房間很乾凈在陽台看星空很棒發現王國也很近小區裏有夜貓晚上去超市買奶順便給夜貓買了腸趕上了金石灘放三天煙花連住三天明年暑假還來
