小院安靜有格調，有户外草坪，草坪上有帳篷，拍照很出片，店家還養了兩衹活潑可愛的大犬，看它們在草坪上歡快嬉鬧，歲月靜好！房間複式結構，帶露台，早起能看到日出，很美。服務的兩位小哥哥人帥熱情，服務細節拉滿，讓入住體驗更提一個檔次。很愉快的一次入住！

一進門就是一個院內免費停車場，往前走有一條石板路，在這一塊地上種了四五顆核桃樹，在旁邊有着十畝地的大草坪，搭着露營天幕
其中，裏面還有一個院中院，三間房間圍繞着小院為中心，有着三間房，還有免費且應有盡有的廚房，真是設施齊全。
房間的基礎設施，現代化智能與老建築完美結合，視野也是非常的好，前可觀洱海，右邊可看到著名的5A級旅遊景區崇聖寺三塔。。

草坪圍爐煮茶:烤的玉米都是店家自己的，玉米真的很好吃
十畝草坪-飛盤活動:可以自己玩也可以跟狗狗玩，好喜歡兩條大狗狗，草坪真的很大！
精釀啤酒:味道不錯，晚上在露台上和朋友喝掉感覺很好
老闆還和我們一起玩桌遊，新技能get
店家還有一衹咪咪！貓狗雙全的一天！

地理位置好，在崇聖寺三塔旅遊景區旁，且離古城也很近。
房間是一個帶有露台的海景房，不僅可以看到洱海還能看到三塔，往下看就是一片田園大草坪，非常的舒適，房間舒適衞生，乾淨整潔，全屋智能。
院子還有免費的停車場，一下車就有管家迎接幫忙提行李，服務非常的好，院內有幾顆核桃樹與石榴樹，還有超大的草坪，非常的時候家庭出遊，帶娃玩耍，也適合在這安靜舒適的小院放鬆，躺平。

疫情前連續得有三年每年都來大理 也住過很多家民宿 但是真的都沒有三塔院有家的感覺 這次來住了半個月之前一直在考慮是租房還是民宿無意間刷到的這家 三塔院衹有三家客房很安靜 和家一樣 麥姐和媽媽是的每次出門都問我要不要帶瓶水 前一天問我們幾點起床好準備早餐 特別有耐心 濤哥就是大哥哥的存在 去哪玩都不用我們去自己找他會推薦 下雨天會叫我們一起去院子裏喝茶 總之就和家是的 寶藏民宿 下次來當然一定還要住在這🌈

經常來雲南玩，這家是這段時間住過體驗感非常好的民宿，整體特別滿意，服務態度也很好，老闆姐姐人也超好。
民宿環境很安靜，那幾天大理剛好下雨，靜靜地坐在落地窗玻璃前聽聽雨聲，放空自己。
看三塔的視野極佳，每處設計都適合拍照。民宿整體設計野奢風格，超喜歡九殿這個房間。
有公共廚房還可以自己買菜來做，很有家的氛圍
外面的大草坪可以去露營，等雨停了去試試，還有兩衹可愛的狗狗和一衹温順的貓十月，外面的樹上還結的有核桃，挺有意思的。
