It was a perfect stay for us. The room was amazing. Just what we have looked for and it was very clean. If you have booked lake view you are directly at the Erhai, if not you need to walk 3 minutes but no problem. The service was great, however, no English speaking just with translator. We enjoyed a lot and booked directly a second night.

The room upgrade was fantastic. The room overlooked right on the street and Erhai lake, it does get loud and crowded with people on the street and there is not that sense of privacy and peace that you would want having a balcony overlooking nature, but it has been a very good stay nevertheless.

We had an excellent time! The hotel staff was very nice with us, the room was perfect, you can even see the stars from the bathtub at nite! The location is great just in front of the lake, and 5 minutes walk from a street you can rent bikes, take some transportation to the landmarks and to a lot of restaurants of local food (that is delicious) and I strongly recommend it.

It was hard to find a place to stay, but the owner came to pick us up at the parking lot and helped us with our luggage, which was very considerate.
