People are among the nicest we met during our stay. Location is fantastic, the view is astonishing. We felt like being in Greece, Mykonos, with a very nice house and a big swimming pool. Our room was huge, with an amazing view on the lake. During our stay, we didn’t leave the hotel because we really had the feeling to be at home. thank you so much !

There are few places where you feel threated like a family member instead of just a guest, and Heqi Hotel is definitely one of those. Service is impeccable, from the moment I arrived till I left, I've been helped and genuinely considered more than a guest. My room was great, I had beautiful balcony on the lake with stunning view. Breakfast was good, just I would suggest to vary a bit the proposal day by day. Definitely recommended for a visit in Dali, taxi take 40 min to old Town but the silence and peace of the location is definitely worth.

Well overpriced. The villa and the views are stunning but this is not what we rate a 4 star hotel, mainly because of cleanliness in the room and the swimming pool. It was not clean, the carpet in the room has not met a vacuum cleaner for long and the water of the swimming pool was not clear. To be classified as a hotel you need at least good cleaning service, restaurant menu and fresh beer. However the tenants are very gentle, just miss a bit of professionalism for this price.

此次入住的體驗非常滿意，酒店的別墅環境非常好，每一處都透露出精緻和品味。小八也非常可愛，讓人忍不住想和它玩耍。
總的來説，大理和柒海景酒店是一次非常完美的入住體驗。如果你計劃去大理旅遊，那麼我強烈推薦你選擇這家酒店。

管家服務很周到、在入住前一天就開始聯繫我們問我們需不需要接機、幫我們安排了司機就周到。
衞生非常乾淨。乾濕分離。
離車站很近交通也便利。如果行李多建議早點出發去車站，畢竟有一段距離。酒店還有一個泰國餐廳味道很好吃、酒店在別墅區的第一排所以沒有什麼遮擋物風景很好。

在一個別墅區裏，有遠離景區的安靜，隔壁就是六閲，這裏風景實在美美美，不亞於雙廊理想邦，還能看到日落，酒店贈送下午茶特別驚喜，服務態度絕佳，晚上房間還送甜湯水果，這裏適合放空

非常棒的海景住宿體驗！！酒店景色看圖，房間很寬裕～用品齊全最舒服的是床品睡的很好。店裡小哥很細心還特別熱情，幫着提行李 服務周到。難得是還能有耐心陪小朋友玩！！住兩天體驗感就是小孩子都捨不得走了。臨走前小哥還送小孩一袋水果～真的是太熱情了！！好感度一下拉滿了～ 哦，對 早餐很豐富！總之～性價比超值！！！推薦一下，如果再來玩，還要住你家！！
