房間很大，設施很新，熱水很快，床也挺舒服。前台小哥非常熱情。
但是衞生間洗澡，洗漱，馬桶三處是開放的，洗澡時候有配塑料拖鞋，但是洗澡過後整個衞生間地面都是濕的，也沒有清理工具可以把地面弄乾，如果此時家人再穿一次性拖鞋進入非常非常非常滑。。。建議後期加設玻璃浴房。而且衞生間是磨砂玻璃，私隱性並不好，即使是家庭房也要兒大避母，女大避父，這一點非常不好
以往我們都是住在維也納連鎖酒店，也是舒適型酒店，達旗的維也納新開2個月，錦江小程序沒有找到以為沒有，所以定了同是舒適型的雲海，維也納多數店都是有玻璃浴房，並配有地巾，沒有這些困擾。

昨天在車上看到評價早餐不錯，沒有點進去看房間設施和佈局，就預訂了。晚上入住後，3間房很大，客廳一個麻將桌，電視無法播放，服務員進來調試了也沒用。洗澡不到10分鐘就沒有熱水了。枕頭正面看起來不乾淨，然後我拿起來反面看到長短2根頭髮，叫服務員全部更換，結果説衹有枕套有乾淨的了。因為太晚了比較累就沒有退房將就住了一晚。這次入住房間體驗感非常差，，不值這個價格。

酒店大廳可以，房間訂的是無窗的，沒辦法，比較老舊，衞生一般，設施一般，早餐一般，還好有，總體感覺一般，可能是消費水平高的原因吧。
