The room was super clean with a beautiful Mountain View. The breakfast was amazing with different types of fresh food each morning. The waitresses were always polite with a friendly face. I would love to come back to the Brick House Hotel again for sure.

The garden was decorated so beautifully, the breakfast the next day was so delicious, and the staff was so kind and helpful when I went back to Nha Trang, so I took a van back to Nha Trang. My suitcase was very heavy on the way back. It was a memorable act of kindness from the staff who kept listening to me. It's quiet so it's a great place to stay.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

We were introduced here by our driver. Perfect location very close to all attractions. Especially the manager provided excellent service throughout our stay. The receptionist and staff are very friendly. The room is clean and fully equipped. The check-in experience was quick and easy and the room was wonderful.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean! The only downside is the location. If your room is on the side or front, you hear all the noises from the street, and the fountain plays music loudly in the evenings. Request a room at the back and you'll be good to go. The service is great, really friendly staff who are happy to help. Kept our bags after checkout while we went on a tour.

Overall, the staff is welcoming. At the beginning, a situation arose that I booked a room with a window, but received one without a window. But the guys corrected the situation the next day and overall, the hotel is very pleasant. There are questions about cleanliness - there are a lot of ants and cockroaches, but Asia is already full of that

This is second hotel I tried in Dalat. It is a very lovely villa style hotel. The overall design is simple gorgeous from the lobby to your villa (room) I am staying at villa 5 which is very near to the lobby. You don’t need to use the cabby service & I prefer to walk so as to enjoy the peaceful environment. Pls note there is no lift and my room is on the 3rd floor which is the highest. The room is very spacious and pretty. They are using UK/US power points which are available on both sides of the bed. Do note that one of the power points has been used for the alarm clock but you can easily remove it. For the bedside lamp, it is using touch sensor. Have fun trying to turn it on and adjust the brightness. There are 4 mineral water bottles (2 inside the bar fridge), 3-4 type of tea bags to choose from and coffee too. Toilet and shower are separated. The water pressure is strong and have constant hot water. They provide refillable nice bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion too. Though there is air conditioning, I can’t control which later is fixed by the technician. However, it is still not that cold even it is 20 degree, more like 25-26 degree. I don’t like hot temperature and my “sensor” body can tell the coldness of the room, haha. Wanted to open the window as it is so much cooler. Give up the idea as I am more worried about the mosquitoes. Suggest to put a mosquitoes net so that we can open the window. Woke up every nights as I feel so warm using the blanket. Nevertheless, the staff are very helpful and eager to serve you though some may not be fluent in English. The toilet looks pretty but the basin area is just too small. My toiletries bag will get wet when using the basin The breakfast is very delicious and many varieties to choose from. Try to avoid peak hour from 7:30am to 8:45am. You should try their 1929 Lobby Bar, they are delicious too. Overall, I have a good stay and my girlfriend is happy and my positive energy fully recharged! Highly recommended!

It is a quiet resort on the lakeside in the outskirts of Dalat. It's cold, but you can swim. It's a little cold, but not so much that you can't do it. I heard that there is a Wonderland that they run together, and there were things to enjoy such as boat rides and horseback riding. There isn't much to do in the resort, but it's the best place to relax quietly. There was a simple store in the lobby that sold swimming supplies, snacks, drinks, etc. There was a male staff member who spoke Korean very well. He was very friendly. There is only one restaurant, but the menu was varied, and there was an outside restaurant right in front of the resort entrance. I think I would have tried it if I had stayed for more than 2 nights. A group of ladies from a Korean group came upstairs, and they were noisy until 1 o'clock, which made me a little angry, but I can't help but think they were out of luck.. haha.
