Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. The hotel staff will carry your suitcase to your room. They also provide explanations on how to use the room facilities. I was assigned to the 3rd floor, and the room and bathroom had large windows and doors. You can see a panoramic view and the feeling of openness is the best. Highly recommended for those who like big windows! I can hear the gusts of wind and the sound of roosters crowing at dawn. (Please note this if you are sensitive to sound) Since it's newly built, it's clean and especially has a view of the restaurant where you eat breakfast. It's the best!!! Open on three sides! The rice noodles were also very delicious. Especially the chicken! Fruits such as mango and dragon fruit are also fresh. It would be great if you want to relax while eating breakfast ^^

This is a fabulous place, so beautiful and creative. The rooms are a blast to stay in if you pick one of the “crazy rooms” . We stayed in the Ant house. It was room enough for couple and quite comfortable considering the unusual design. It was clean and well cared for the 4 days we stayed. There will be tourists swarming around all day which actually adds to the fun. You can easily shut the world out with well placed curtains over all the unusual windows and have all the privacy you want, but understand It will be noisy at times . In the evening a staff lit a fire in our fireplace which took out the chill and dampness. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, smiling and proud of this unique work of art. DaLat is a vibrant city and this fun spot added more to our visit.

The location is indeed good, and the bed is very good. It's comfortable, quiet, and soundproof. It’s not far from Dalat Night Market. 4. A little brother (who wears Converse) at the front desk is very nice. I hope he can see this information about me. I am the little brother who bought a pair of vans in Dalat. He is really nice and enthusiastic in service. I said that I took off my shoes and changed them immediately. I was actually worried that he would misunderstand that it was because of me that I broke it and I needed to lose money. All in all very recommended! He also opened a new branch just next door.
