Very good so comfy

Good location, facilities...looks rundown and dirty. Only the bed sheets are clean. It was cold because I was put in a room with a broken air conditioner. The lock is an old type, so security is a concern. You can't use Japanese electrical outlets, and there are no USB ports. I guess for the price you pay, everything is pretty neutral, nothing fantastic but decent if you are just staying the night. At least it is really near to the train station.
