First of all, one thing that is disappointing is that the TV hasn't been on for 5 days. I stayed for 5 nights... You have to wait until the shower water flows down well at first before showering. Other than that, there are no other inconveniences. The facilities are clean, but there is no soundproofing.

I only stayed here for a short night and was deeply impressed by the enthusiasm and friendliness of the store staff. I had no problem communicating in English. There is a small self-operated shop on the first floor that sells water and food. It is a very convenient place to stay. The room was clean and had no peculiar smell. It was a good stay. When I checked out the next day, Jim and the store clerk also helped me solve the problem of taking the bus, which made me feel extremely cordial and friendly. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to nearby cafes and restaurants; it takes about 10 minutes to reach Longqiao. There are also many restaurants and small supermarkets around. It’s a good location and very close to the airport!!

The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, with a sky garden, well-equipped, and attentive. The whole hotel is full of fragrance. The front desk speaks fluent English, is polite, and is very kind.

The room is super super nice and clean. Located in the center so it's easy to get around. The receptionists are extremely friendly and cute. I also received a lovely name tag from home. Next time if I have a chance, I will definitely book here again ❤️

Some of the staff are fluent in English, so communication is easy and all staff are very friendly. As it is a new accommodation, it is in clean condition and is very easy to access on the first day of entering Vietnam. You can find restaurants, cafes and beauty shops with high Google ratings nearby at reasonable prices. We recommend leaving your luggage before and after check-in and visiting Han Market and Pink Cathedral. I understand that laundry service is also provided. There is a well-organized rest area on the top floor, and Grab drivers often visit, making it a good place to order food.

The room was very cute with a pastel green concept. It was clean and I was very satisfied.

I had to make a separate reservation out of necessity, but they allowed me to stay for consecutive nights and were friendly and neat. Everything was good except that I could hear all the street noise.

Very cute accommodation, green, convenient to travel, close to tourist attractions, lovely staff, kind owner.
