It was a great experience staying here, the host is very helpful and friendly, and the room was exactly as described in their website. I felt at ease in this cozy place. The location is perfect, pretty close to the main square and markets. The hosts, and the service given is A1. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Cusco without worrying because in Eco Inn you will feel at home and if you are a dog lover do come here.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Nestled within a quick walk from the lively plaza, the welcoming and charming atmosphere immediately made me feel safe and at home. The owner's hospitality knows no bounds; being bilingual, he goes out of his way to ensure a delightful stay, whether it's scheduling a taxi or providing directions. Eric at the front desk was an absolute delight, making my experience even more enjoyable. The presence of two friendly dogs added a lovely touch to the warm ambiance. Beyond the warm reception, the value for the price was outstanding. The attic room, in particular, felt like a home away from home, cozy and comforting. The flexibility to leave our luggage and the warm welcome upon our return were thoughtful gestures that left a lasting impression. Furthermore, the property showcased excellent organization, safety, and cleanliness. The provision of complimentary coca tea and water 24/7 was a considerate touch, aiding in acclimatization. The Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the premises was reliable, adding to the overall convenience. Without a doubt, I look forward to revisiting this haven and reliving the wonderful experience.

Excellent care and service. Eric and his team were great hosts which created a space that felt like home while I took my Spanish classes nearby. The inn is close to all of the touristic sights without being right in the middle of them which gave an authentic experience. Cheers :)

The staff is friendly and helpful. This property looks more like a hostel not a hotel. The bedrooms are small and have basic amenities. I personally had some issues with the travel agency that the hotel recommended so I'd suggest other travelers to check on other local travel agencies upon arrival.

Great budget hotel, easy checkin and out. All basic amenities close to city centre.
