Xima Exclusive Cusco

Finally, thin pillows. Best sleep in Peru. Server Edi in the dining hall was wonderful, courteous with attention to details. Hotel is efficient and located in the heart of the fun part if the city. Breakfast bar is fantastic with variety of selections.

As part of touring South America we ended up in Xima Cusco Hotel for 3 nights in first week of April 2024. First day at breakfast we were greeted by Norman and he quickly figured out what me and my better half had for our breakfast. He took us through our choices and suggested we try their chef's omelette included in the breakfast which we did. The second and third day as soon as were seated for breakfast, Norman made sure we had our breakfast the way we wanted it. Great customer service. Thank you Norman for making the experience of staying at Xima a special one!

This rating is 5/5 because of Katy at the spa. I’ve had hundreds of massages and this exceeded any massage I’ve ever had. I was so relaxed, pressure was amazing, and she worked hard to make sure my muscles were worked on. The breakfast is lovely too! Check in and check out was easy. The baggage people were very helpful. Wonderful experience

Good location, great service at the front desk. Hotel is clean and very beautiful. Breakfast included each day. If you go on an early expedition, they have a to go breakfast option you can order the day before. Spa was great! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Only down side, beds are uncomfortable and pillows are super flat. Make sure to ask for extra pillows, that helped me sleep better

We enjoyed our stay at Xima. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They They were quick to respond when we had problems, questions or concerns. We really loved the restaurant and the bar. The food was delicious and our waiter John Garcia was the best!

Accommodations could be improved and cleaning standards raised for the price considering how many options there are. The tea is not available 24/7 and they no longer provide 2 water bottles a day but rather guide you to the water fountain, which while convenient still had fluoride and questionable standards for me personally. I booked this hotel for the spa and while the services were nice and the space clean and relaxing, it again did not warrant the price in American dollars when you see other the options available elsewhere. I was really excited about the spiritual elements of the bath and facility, but didn’t feel like it was focused on and instead just an option for a photo op after our services. Also, I speak some Spanish but neither attendee spoke much English, so for somewhere that advertises a lot to Americans and English speakers, I would be advised when booking a treatment at the spa to practice your spa terms or bring someone along who can help :) Breakfast and restaurant great, Hugo at the lounge and bar was awesome! Honestly our highlight was light night bites after hiking in the little lounge and the fantastic pisco sours courtesy of Hugo.

We visited the restaurant twice today and the food and service were amazing, John Garcia was super friendly and professional. The atmosphere was really relaxing and beautiful; the pond and vegetation in the restaurant is amazing. Will definitely be going again.

Location was beyond great! Main squares, shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions were all easily walkabout. Nice staff who were available 24/7. Rooms were comfortable an d clean. Breakfast was what we expected. All around we had a great experience.
