They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.

Stay was incredible. The flat is huge. The staff are lovely, especially Alan and Henrique, I would like to send my hugs to them. Not to mention the location, which is incredible. Right in the central area, close to shops, restaurants, everything within easy reach. I also found it to be a very safe area. I intend to return.

My family and I spent three days at the hotel. We had a great experience with the breakfast and inside the apartment. It was clean, organized, and very comfortable. The staff was kind at all times. We sure intend to go back again soon.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. The restaurant where breakfast is served is small, which makes you have to eat outside of it or then wait to have vacation at some table. Another point is that coffee starts at 7:00, so if you have some commit early you may have to leave the hotel without even drinking coffee. Another thing that is bad for those who travel by car is that the parking is charged and that information is not clearly available, and the hotel parking is small and, or you need to leave the key at the reception, The hotel also has no academy, I have a partnership with a nearby one. It's interesting because you'll have a complete school, but it's a disturbing thing that you're not at the same place as you're. The hotel staff are very well-performing, but I noticed that there are few at the reception and at certain times of the day they end up not realizing everything you have to do and generates row. One thing that has bothered me a little, although I don't make any difference, is that the bathroom box has a small bathroom, so if the guest has reduced mobility, is obese, pregnant or disabled, the bathroom becomes impossible. And last but not least, the building that the hotel is located is old, so the stairs for you to climb to the room are inappropriate, being a flight route and passing through the hotel reception. I will not return and recommend with all that I have said.

The greatest problem is the room's cleaning, they forget to put their towels and toilet paper, and as soon as we entered the room there was no toilet paper. We stayed 5 nights and had 1 day that they didn't clean the room. They missed caprich in the beds' dressing and they didn't wash and exchange the glasses any day. They left the way we used. A positive point is the water filter available at the reception to fill our bottle because pay 10,00 per bottle of water is too much.

The hotel is well located, with a parking rate paid but a good price. Room to 3 with a belt, according to Ibis model. Small but comfortable room. Bathroom with very good shower. Breakfast is also optional and paid for the part. Good cost benefit

I was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. Now the part that is not so good, breakfast has diversity, but when some item finishes, they don't rest fast, the breads are coated, the dry cake, juice is not natural ... the room where I stayed the box was well-fetched, I had no air conditioning control, so I arrived and asked the reception for this control more than once, but I did not receive it. And I had a countertime, the hotel around 15:00 only leaves hot water, as the system is gas, so it is impossible to take a bath. I called to inform and ask for help, the information I had already seen, well, in that meantime the water was over, because the bomb had a problem. Whenever they called at the reception they gave a deadline, but the deadline was not met ... finally was a disorder! I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

This was truly an amazing experience. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Their breakfast is great with all sorts of treats, breads, fruits, fresh juices, among other delicious food. Novotel’s staff members are friendly, highly professional and courteous. Shoutout to Ailton and Pamella who work at the front desk. They made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly and always greeted us with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Curitiba. It’s located in a safe area and there are stores, restaurants, pharmacies and even a mall nearby.
