Hotel very well located. All staff attentive. But the boxing beds are already being arcaded from the oldest, and the owner needs to cast out those beds and buy new beds, because it does not match the hotel standard and value that is charged. I sat in the coffee with another couple of Umuarama who also commented on the old beds, and only sinful in this important issue.

Parking somewhat complicated and expensive, in addition, disappeared with a vehicle odor cleaner, which was on the console and, when removing the vehicle it was no longer in the place where it was. With the exception of the fact narrated here and which, in my view, has nothing to do with the Hotel, the rest was excellent.

Greetings Guys, I hope everyone is feeling fine First of all I do like to stay in Accor hotels, but at this time it was just disgusting and shameful, the bathroom reeked of old urine, the pool was dirty around the edges and around it there was pure mold including on the white metallic roof, there was mold and paint flaking off and falling on the guests, I had to record those images and I intend to complain on social media about the lack of professionalism I observed at Accor facilities for the first time in years.

I recommend for: - old room, which also means huge. - excellent cleaning and shower - very caprich breakfast - always pleasant and friendly service -wonderful location,it only cross the street to be in the CTB shopping,in addition to several restaurants and attractions nearby -in spite of the location - very central, it is quiet. reserves: - very soft bed ( personal taste and need)- I asked to change my room and I was readyly attended by Caetano, but the truth is that the other room had no different bed, So we don't change the room. (but I emphasise that we have been offered the option with great gentleness) - excellent breakfast with many options. offer tapioca and ometele, but I would like the management to train who makes them because they are not made in the right way. ( the tapioca is made and a pack of cheese and sore soup is placed in the middle of the omelet the same thing). These are simple details that inspired me lack of training. However, we only have the breakfast team, very performing always.

I booked this hotel after seeing great reviews but ‘Great’ is not something I experienced. Staff were unwelcoming, check-in took about 15mins where the only word spoken to us was “passport”. It should never be an expectation that staff be fluent in English (but it helps) however to have 0 communication was disastrous. Even asking for ‘red wine’ the evening after took several attempts. There were several plug sockets in the room that did not function as well as tv remote that did not work. Little things like this I could have reported if I felt the English level of the staff in the hotel was adequate. Instead we just had to adapt. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel in Batel was perfect for my work visits. Gym also had a great view and was spacious. But definitely not a place I’d choose to return to and hope other non-Portuguese speakers receive a better welcome and experience than I did!

A nice hotel, in a big tower, located between the downtown and the fancy Batel neighborhood. Around the hotel you have all kind of structure: Bakery Shop, Drugstore, a Mall, Public Square. The hotel has a parking operated by a Vallet, so a plus is charged and checkout. The room is small, a little outdated, like the hotel himself. But has a good bed, and a strong shower. I do not reserve with breakfast option, because i just like the Bakery in front of Four Season hotel. The wifi is stable and has a good performance.

Really had one of the worst experience of my life with a hotel. My family and I planned to start 4 nights at the hotel to visit our family in Brazil. Check in was horrible, they lost my reserve (but charged me on booking.com nevertheless). Then gave us (couple + 3 kids) two single bedrooms instead of two double. They tried to make it right by giving us an extra Mattress. After hours for a checkin, we got to our rooms. No Internet connection. We had to buy mobile Internet services to work and let the kids use their tablets. Breakfast also had barely the minimum you would expect from Top hotel. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking service was also really messy, couple of times took them more than 30 min to get us our car. Must say that all the staff was really friendly and polite, but the system and infrastructure of the hotel is really obsolete. Checkout was another nightmare, charging our expenses in another room, the lady at the front desk had to manually calculate our bill. Lost touch was, I got charged both on booking.com and at the hotel. Waiting for them to return one of the payments. If you are going with family or plan to work from the hotel, I recommend you choose another one. We won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

I liked the service, breakfast, cleaning, bed and bathroom clothes. The only complaint is the mophoon smell after the bath when connecting the exhaustor. I believe the ceiling above the PVC shell is fully moped. This must be solved, the shell is worse because it has no way to clean it up and it is not banned.

The hotel is very old, with some points that could improve, such as: Wi-Fi does not connect to the room (or connects and falls every 2 minutes), very weak shower, smoke smell in the room, old towels. The room I stayed offers kitchen: I was planning to make some simple meals but the hotel doesn't offer panels. What is the purpose of having a furnace? Who travels with panels? Ah, Microwaves in the room have only been asked.
