I was in this hotel in late December, I had an experience that was not very good but we go by the good part of this hotel is the location is in front of the Municipal Market and in front of the bus point that makes the journey to the tourist points. Now the part that is not so good, breakfast has diversity, but when some item finishes, they don't rest fast, the breads are coated, the dry cake, juice is not natural ... the room where I stayed the box was well-fetched, I had no air conditioning control, so I arrived and asked the reception for this control more than once, but I did not receive it. And I had a countertime, the hotel around 15:00 only leaves hot water, as the system is gas, so it is impossible to take a bath. I called to inform and ask for help, the information I had already seen, well, in that meantime the water was over, because the bomb had a problem. Whenever they called at the reception they gave a deadline, but the deadline was not met ... finally was a disorder! I think the information could be clearer because problems happen, but the way it is conducted is a differential.

Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . The hotel is well centralized, near shopping that has made it easy. It has a priced meal. Breakfast is excellent with many options. Educated and requested officials. The manager who attended us when we arrived quickly resolved our problem with the reservation. I recommend the hotel and I'll be back.

Really had one of the worst experience of my life with a hotel. My family and I planned to start 4 nights at the hotel to visit our family in Brazil. Check in was horrible, they lost my reserve (but charged me on booking.com nevertheless). Then gave us (couple + 3 kids) two single bedrooms instead of two double. They tried to make it right by giving us an extra Mattress. After hours for a checkin, we got to our rooms. No Internet connection. We had to buy mobile Internet services to work and let the kids use their tablets. Breakfast also had barely the minimum you would expect from Top hotel. We decided to have breakfast outside the hotel. Parking service was also really messy, couple of times took them more than 30 min to get us our car. Must say that all the staff was really friendly and polite, but the system and infrastructure of the hotel is really obsolete. Checkout was another nightmare, charging our expenses in another room, the lady at the front desk had to manually calculate our bill. Lost touch was, I got charged both on booking.com and at the hotel. Waiting for them to return one of the payments. If you are going with family or plan to work from the hotel, I recommend you choose another one. We won’t be returning to this hotel anytime soon.

I stayed in the room 1704. The bad shower. The hard coat. The check in the attendant woman, antipathic! The attendant man was aware. In the purchase of the booking, he said he had a parking vague. In the hour, they said he was staying four quarters of the hotel. A night walk in Curitiba, away from the hotel like this. No chance!
