The hotel environment is very beautiful. You can choose from sea view rooms or villas. The location is a little out of the way, but it will get lively soon. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich. I am currently staying in the off-season, so the hotel is quiet!

This hotel is quite new so everything is in good condition at the moment. The room - a deluxe king - was large with a big window. The bed was comfortable, firm but not hard, it was very quiet & the aircon was silent. The bathroom was good with a large walk-in shower cubicle & all the usual items provided. The WiFi worked very well. The buffet breakfast was extensive but geared to Asian tastes, there was no black tea & bacon was cut into small pieces & mixed with vegetables. The Chef station provided omelettes, fried eggs, eel soup & pho. The hotel is very close to the airport & there is a bus stop close by on both sides of the road & numerous taxis. Vinh is a very nice town with the river, parks & lakes & several places of historical & scenic interest outside the town. There are numerous authentic Vietnamese eating places close to the hotel. On the down side amazingly there was no drawer space in the bedroom, though there was plenty of room, not even a shelf in the large wardrobe. There were small drawers in the bedside tables & these had to suffice. The in-room safe was on the floor of the wardrobe making it difficult to access for elderly & impossible for disabled people. On occasion I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the corridor but this was our fault as we hadn't asked for a non-smoking area. The hotel is a long way from the town centre, it is possible to walk it but not recommended if the weather is very hot & humid.

Stayed there for a night while on a business trip through the province. The hotel at that time was still semi operational due to the virus situation. The images on their webpage look very nice, but they are very outdated, and it is more than evident that the hotel is at a stage where major improvement and upgrading is urgently necessary. From what I saw, the 7th or 8th floor was undergoing major renovation works. The room itself was OK, everything worked, inclusive or WIFI, although a bit slow but working. But again, what is presented on the webpage looks very different in reality. Considering that I was told that it still is the best hotel in town, choices are limited. In summary, it is a local hotel and when you stay there, you must be aware of it. But it is manageable for a night or two

I could say the customer service in the hotel is excellent, nothing to complain. The reason: - I have some problems with VAT invoice because I am not sure VAT tariff for some commodities ( either 8% or 10% ) that makes discrepancy between Sales invoice and VAT invoice and more than my expectation, Finance staff comes to work earlier and fix for me the document right away. -Facilities in the room are very good and nice, thanks for that. -Breakfast buffet is diversity with local foods. Arrived from Hanoi early hours of morning due to delay of plane, Superb Hotel and spotless. However not one word of English was spoken by any of the staff. Room was brilliant and the best I have seen for sometime. Breakfast. Egg and dry bread, half a cup of coffee with carnation milk. Only one other table occupied. Dinner. We are the only people in the restaurant. I ordered pork. Got two plates of food. First plate consisted of a piece of pork????? That had come out of the deep freezer and deep fried, completely unedible , The second plate some pork strips which was reasonably good. Both plates with chips and no vegetables. This is not a place for Europeans. We should not have been there. However the actual Hotel was brilliant. However we just went to Vinh City and found a pizza. Spent a fortune on taxis. 350000 dong each way twice,

The room is quite big, the service is very good, but there is a taste, the air conditioner is not often turned on

The hotel looks a bit old and small on the outside, but the room inside is large, airy, clean and beautiful, with modern furniture. Breakfast buffet has a lot of dishes, delicious. Cheap room rates. The hotel is not located on the central road, so Phan Boi Chau street is a bit empty at night, the street is dark. Opposite the hotel is the Ga market selling a lot of things. Vinh Station is also very close to the hotel, just a few hundred meters away
