The service is really bad! When checking in, the waiter didn't know the situation at all. He showed his passport and e-booking certificate, but he didn't know the situation, and it was delayed for 30 minutes... I had to keep asking about the luggage... Disappointing. We got a tiny bed, and despite advertising they had an airport shuttle - there was none. Rooms were clean and well appointed, but small. There were lots of toiletries, tea, coffee, water and a nice couch. Well appointed gym. Pool doesn't look like it gets cleaned in winter; but this is standard across most hotels.
