There were roaches in the room the bed had been slept in the hot water in the sink didnt work and my key hd to be redonre like 3 times

The stay was only one night. We give it an average to little below average. There was coffee in the room but no coffee maker.

Old,dark and dingy. Needs updates. Smelled like old cigarettes, bed very uncomfortable and sheets wouldn't stay on.

Room was a little run down, especially the bathroom, bathroom had a few ants on the floor, the covers I think had a few small light stains, the tv was crooked on the wall, bed could have been better, the smells in the hallway. I should have kept my original hotel.

The smell of stale smoke permeates the property. I was greeted by a small roach upon entry and the lock on the window was a wand from the blinds.
Luckily I only needed to use the shower, so didn’t even stay the second night.

Like sleeping on ashtray soaked pillows and sheets. And people parking right outside the first floor window running their engines all night long?! Who are they? Are they homeless? Are they running the engine to stay warm? Why do I always seem to get these rooms? Lastly, charging me a deposit for such a room is unacceptable. It was cleaner when I left than when I arrived. Said 3-4 days to refund. Still waiting on Day 5 for refund of deposit. Someday I’ll stop staying in places like this.

wasn't clean. ants in the room. floors were dirty. hallway areas reeked of ****. fine for one night for a guy by himself, but not if you had your wife and kids w/ you.

There was really nothing to be excited about at our stay. The rooms were big but that was the only good thing about the room. When I checked in I had already paid through *******, but I then had to put a $100 deposit down. The room we stayed in didn't have hot water in the shower and when I went to talk to the front desk in the morning there was no one to talk to. When I did get to talk to someone in the evening he told me that I would have to run the water for 15 min, which I explained to him that I did in the morning and it never heated up. He then decided to move us to a different room that had warm water but the TV didn't work.
The pool was also getting maintenance done but even if it wasn't getting worked on we wouldn't have used it. I would defiantly not recommend staying at this hotel.
