Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre

The hotel room was lovely and spacious. The beds were super comfy and massive. The staff were amazing and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The selection at breakfast was superb and good fresh quality. We will be back.

Very friendly staff are very helpful and make you very welcome like to thank all the staff there during our stay for one night as it was last minute, if it wasn't for the lovely lady staff that was so helpful me and my partner would be stuck and sleeping rough for the night as couldn't get back as missed our train thank you ever so much your a star 🌟 couldn't ask for any better, the rooms are outstanding very clean top to our standards very comfortable bed had best sleep ever as so comfortable lovely view at the back even though some buildings in the way so can't see the beach but lovely view of the garden, me and my partner absolutely loved our stay definitely recommend staying and cleaners are so lovely and friendly too and very helpful as we didn't have a charger for our phones so lent us one best travel lodge in UK we ever stayed, So peaceful in the nights no noise and all lovely staff always saying good morning and evening and night asking if everything is ok and need anything definitely be staying again and looking forward to see u all thank you all the staff at travel lodge in Tenby 😊 Amy & Chris xx

Staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them during a busy weekend with the scooter rally taking place. Breakfast was excellent value and food was served hot. Our room was comfortable and spacious and the location of the hotel is brilliant. Thanks to the team for making our stay so special.

Cannot beat this hotel for convenience. Within ten minutes of getting out of bed i could be swimming at North Beach or enjoying some shopping at all the lovely independent shops around Tenby. Yes the rooms are a little dark - luckily i had a sea view - but they are comfortable and clean. Staff were great, went above and beyond to return an item i left behind after checking out. Breakfast was excellent. Only gripe i had was that the window of my room didnt open so had to rely on the aircon.

Firstly, the advertised picture isn’t what you actually get! Premier Inn need to do a paint job, as the front is pretty black now. When we arrived I was really concerned about the lounge bar opposite as they had a live singer and our room was 101, above the entrance. As a light sleeper I knew I’d have problems if it went on til late. Claire at reception was amazing. She was genuinely concerned that I get a restful night and she went and checked with the bar, who confirmed it finished at 11pm, which was acceptable. Claire also helped when I lost an item of clothing and when we saw her in town, she chatted and was so friendly. Such a gem to find such a great member of staff these days! We enjoyed our stay in Tenby and got quite a good amount of sleep, even though there were 30 rooms taken with Irish girls going to a dance festival. Although they weren’t very considerate to the other residents, it wasn’t the fault of PI. Our room was pretty clean, just the bathroom had some toilet paper on the floor and the shower and basin dispensers were pretty dirty at the top. The breakfast was really good and the chef cooked the items really well. Nothing drying out. The other breakfast staff did well and I was pleased to see them using tongs when replenishing, unlike some staff at other PIs. Overall, a good stay.

I stayed at the Tenby Premier Inn , Car parking was Via a public car park in the heart of the town a very short walk to the hotel, overnight costs around £10 for 24hrs, The Car park is Not part of the Hotel, Check in was a breeze with friendly staff on hand, The room was of a great size and really comfortable bed, The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, It was clean fresh and everything was as it should be, The Hotel location is meters from the sea view and a short walk into the town Centre, The Hotel has rooms for families of less abled guests with lifts and easy access doors, Breakfast is hot and fresh and is Buffett style so enjoy a full cooked breakfast or a coffee and a pastry, This is a great location for Business or Leisure , Friendly helpful staff and the options to have a meal or a drink in the on-site Bar, I look forward to a return visit

Perfect for my three night trip to Tenby. Needs tlc outside, but no complaints about the inside decor, restaurant and bed!

Staff was lovely room was clean would reccomend having breakfast lots to choose from and all lovely and freshly restocked

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn in Tenby, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Cath, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy environment to relax in after exploring the beautiful surroundings. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The welcoming staff made us feel right at home, and their warm hospitality truly enhanced our trip to Tenby. Thanks to the fantastic service and the wonderful atmosphere, we’ve already booked our next stay for next month. I highly recommend the Premier Inn Tenby for anyone looking for a fantastic stay.
