Overall, hotel amenities were alright - I would not give this hotel 3 stars. Location: sub-par. You have two choices to get to Milan’s downtown: either a train or a bus. Both are rare in time schedule, I would avoid if traveling in the evening/night or alone. The train station nearby and/or the bus stations smell of piss and/or vomits. Breakfast: no hot food, just toasts, croissants, coffee & various juices. Okay to start the day. No lunch/dinner options. Rooms: NO NORMAL POWER OUTLETS! The entire room was equipped with some weird power outlets, which are not the norm in EU. When asked for spares - the hotel staff provided the answer that all were taken. Advice: please, upgrade your entire hotel or buy enough adapters for each room (minimum two per room). Staff: no major flags - average service. Additional note: from what I observed the hotel is not very accessible for the handicapped.

Good service at reception. Had a problem with a room and it was changed. Comfy pillows: one sof and one hard. Relatively close to San Siro Stadium. Extra costs for breakfast or parking. Shower în bathroom. Air conditioning when working up to 26 degrees Celsius.

Together with my friends, I booked 2 rooms for my family, one for me and my husband and one for my teenage boys. I requested 2 twin beds for my sons but they gave one double bed, I did not asked to change since we were tired and needed to rest badly plus they can fit anyway even they're adult sizes already. Our room on our first night were very warm and my friends said that was their room the night before us. So the following morning I complained and they were willing to change it but since we need to leave right away and got back to the hotel past midnight from our day trip I didn't asked and told myself since it will be our last night anyway we'll just keep it. But to our surprise, our room was flooded, water dripping from the ceiling considering there are 2 floors above us, the gentleman at the reception said because it rained. They gave us the room next door and yet it is flooded too, bed sheets were soaked already from the water on the floor. I requested a room across that side to avoid another flooded room, yes it was not flooded but the closet door was missing and the bed skirt was really black stained from the dirt. It was 2 am and I don't mind to check furthermore. The good thing we had was the food, my kids enjoyed them a lot, the staff were nice though. An experience to remember on our vacation. Oh by the way, there's free bugs at the resto (it's next to garden anyway :)

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.

I stayed with my wife and son 16 years old I liked management, attention to customer expectations We arrive at the reception and there is Jean, a nice and professional, who explains everything to us Minibar in room included in price (never seen before) Free Wi-Fi in all rooms Functional, clean and modern room (peccate there were 3 single beds and not one single and one double, but perhaps it's because I didn't ask it in the booking and in hotels they are not visionary) Ciabutes, various bath products, great modern shower Breakfast with a very varied buffet included Covered parking included (in winter you can't find glasses brinked in the morning) Nice lake in front of the hotel Location a little distant, if you don't have the machine is a little isolated, but you see it in booking so you know it before booking Absolutely recommended

The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and the hotel is large with sofa fully furnished to put up with a glass. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. A little disappointed with this experience, however, the swimming pool is pleasant despite the noise of cars.

They were in this hotel between December and January and I must say it was very nice, breakfast was little assorted with cornets not quite excellent without water at room temperature always had to ask, The very hard mattress was like not having it with a masked co-mattress and honestly made a little impression.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.

Wonderful place to stay in! The hotel is comfortable and nice, staff is very, very friendly and the rooms are clean. The rooms have lovely balconies. Soundproofing was bad though - I could hear everything happening in the corridor. Also there was a (locked) door leading from my room to the one next to me and when my ”neighbour” was taking a shower or watching TV, I could hear everything so well that I woke up one morning my shower was on. The location is bit weird, but worth the train ride and walk.

Just a very good BW hotel conveniently located right next to the highway. Once in the hotel you do not notice the highway. Windows of the rooms can be opened and with the window open relative quiet (we had a room facing away from the highway). Very good extended breakfast buffet for very reasonable price. Facilities are well taken care off, rooms are clean, good bed and very friendly well trained staff.
