This is a beautiful hotel. Great service. Our room was amazing. The team at the hotel provided amazing service. We loved the large pool area, the cabana’s rented were tropical and were beautifully decorated. Loved this hotel and would recommend it!

Had a very nice stay in this quaint hotel in Coral Gables. It is a small property with a European feel and a nice sense of uniqueness about it. The staff was courteous and gave a sense of a family-run type of property (I have no idea if it's actually family run). My room, like the hotel, was ”European” in style -- in other words, it was small and basic, but it was nice. If you are noise sensitive, recommend requesting a room on the 3rd floor and away from the central stairs and the elevator. My 3rd floor room was in the corner of the building, and it was much quieter than I had expected it might be. Slept very well. The restaurant downstairs is charmingly decorated, and while I didn't eat there it seemed quite popular especially for dinner.

Hotel is chic & modern. The walls are thin though. On our 1st night we were awakened at 2:30am by an extremely loud & lively couple in the room next to ours. But other than that we loved the hotel & the location.

This Hyatt has a deposit of 50 US dollars, and Ctrip paid the room fee. I swiped a credit card of 139 US dollars at night. I asked the front desk and said that I did not authorize the credit. If you don't pay attention to the information... it's still a Hyatt-owned hotel, and it's not credible.

This hotel is not sanitary or safe. You see photos online which are “OK” for a budget hotel. But when you check in, the give you a room in the nearly-condemned building across the street that they have recently purchased. Classic bait and switch. The floor my room was on did not have functioning AC and the carpets were lifted for replacement. The smell of mold was overpowering and there was a small pile of dust and dead roaches in the corner. Needless to say, we went back to front desk. House keeping manager was visibly drunk and very upset by the accusation of non-cleanliness. And the manager told us “take it or leave it” regarding the room. Based on not having functioning AC alone this hotel is no inhabitable. DO NOT STAY HERE.
