There is nothing bad I can say about our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent everything you want is within a short walking distance. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the staff on reception went above and beyond to help me out with a boat trip I had booked through someone else, which was cancelled at the last minute. They tried very hard and succeeded in arranging another trip at very short notice, which meant so much to me as it was one of the highlights of the trip. Our room was at the back but still with nice views, the room itself was lovely with a very nice bathroom and huge walk in shower. There was everything you would want at breakfast, even a glass of prosecco if you wished. I usually went for smoked salmon and scrambled eggs but there was lots more to choose from, bacon, mushrooms, hams, cheeses, fruit, pastries, cereal, yoghurts ect and to top it off the room itself was beautiful and overlooked the lake. We ate in the restaurant on the first day and had an excellent meal, again with very helpful friendly staff. At the front of the hotel there is a terrace area where you can sit and enjoy drinks and snacks, a lovely area to enjoy pre dinner cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel and Lake Como.

Excellent location is the only advantage, in the center of Como, facing the lake, there can be no better location than this, breakfast is great. But the room we lived in was the farthest floor, facing a street, we could hear people talking, every morning, we could hear the sound of laundry drying and collecting clothes outside the window, the wheels of their carts were very irritating, they were not loading a car, Instead 15 such trolleys. It feels like this disturbance will never end. The bathroom is also a furnishing, once the upstairs room washes the bathroom, it will accompany the sound of water coming down, there is always a feeling that some water overflows in our room.

Room is quite spacious but the toilet was very tiny. The heater was super noisy and couldn't sleep with it turned on. So we had to switch it off. No heater so it was cold ad night. We had to close the window but it got very stuffy. There is no way to open the window as the street noise was too unbearable. Housekeeping was ok. Some basic cutlery and a kettle was provided in the room. No microwave but a small fridge was provided. Location was convenient..near the train station and bus stops. Shops were just outside the b & b. Basic room but I can imagine it will be very hot during summer as no aircon in room. A fan was provided but we couldn't get it to work.

Had a wonderful stay. We only had a private economy room with a bunk bed and shared bathroom but it was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and simply but nicely decorated. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was incredible value for money and in terms of location it was hard to beat too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others too who are looking for simple yet affordable accommodation by Lake Como. Once again, I cannot emphasise enough how tidy and clean the accommodation was.

The location of the hotel is OK, very close to Lake Como, right on the commercial street. There are supermarkets, McDonald's restaurants nearby, and the hotel also has its own breakfast. However, the breakfast is a bit worse than other three-stars, but the price includes breakfast and it is very good. The heating in the hotel is not warm, it is recommended to ask the front desk for a quilt if it is cold. If there is no breakfast in the room, don’t spend 10 Euros per person for breakfast in the hotel. It is better to go directly to the nearby McDonald’s or have breakfast at the bar. It’s about 5 Euros for two people. If you drive to the hotel, it is recommended to call in advance and set the location of the hotel. There are not too many cars in the yard at the entrance of the hotel. 15 euros a day for parking

Stayed here for 3 nights from 18th July. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a very nice restaurant. My room didnt have a lake view but I don't go on holiday to sit in my room looking out of the window! The breakfast was very good indeed ( some people say ”we had a free breakfast” but of course it isn't free its built into the price.) I would say the price was reasonable considering the location, room and breakfast. It is literally across the road from the lake & a 5 minute walk from Como Lago train station. Very easy to get to from Malpensa airport. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Como.
