Spa Hotels in Comarca de Palma

The hotel staff were so kind, and it was especially nice to be able to rent a bicycle at a low price. The pool and facilities were good for the price. In the reviews, there were people who said the room was a bit small, but I had a single double, so it was okay~! Overall, it's close to the airport, and the breakfast quality is so good that I think I'll visit again!

I stayed in the hotel for one night because it was very cheap at 51 euros for bed and breakfast. The location in the second row was ok, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The double room I used in the main building was very small, I wouldn't spend a longer stay here. The rooms on level 0 (one floor above reception at pool level) are very noisy: I was woken up at 7am by loud music as there is a bar on the same level. The breakfast was below average for a 4 star hotel. There was no raw cum or chocolate cream. There are only four German channels on television (RTL, Vox, RTL2, SuperRTL). Overall, the hotel is okay for the price, but there are better hotels on the playa.

My partner and I went to melia Palma bay in October 2024. Would say from the service and attitude of a few staff it was More 3* A few notes to bear in mind Pool bar often not manned and you were expected to order via the app and they bring drinks but to be honest the signal Wasn’t great and it’s frustrating having to do that. I went down to the bar which is breakfast room in the morning turned into bar later in the day but they wouldn’t let me take drinks up to the pool bar. All in all very frustrating! Also the staff that manned the bar at certain times of day were rude and unhelpful to my partner when he asked to top his beer up as low in the glass . When I asked about towels they said no towels And promptly ignored Me. Towels did come later but we had been using same towels for an hour from day before. We had a lovely stay in Palma. Beautiful place and restaurant across road called Aroma serving Indian food on beach front was absolutely beautiful. Amazing cuisine.. Would think twice about the melia Palma bay though in future. Location great for beach that may be it’s saving grace as just over the road. Very clean hotel which was important to us

Mallorca was by far our favorite of the five cities we visited throughout Spain, and that was due in large part to the service provided by the hotel's amazing concierge, Sergio.  His warm and friendly demeanor, excellent customer service, thoughtful food and sight-seeing recommendations and generous hospitality made our stay truly outstanding.  The spa ammenities were also pretty awesome, too.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. Claudia (on front desk) and Fasie (not sure I've spelt his name right) in the rooftop bar went out of their way to make us feel special. But, as I've said, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely experience. The breakfasts were incredible - everything imaginable that one could want and constantly replenished. The amount of choice was extraordinary and everything super fresh. The location of the hotel was perfect for both accessing the water front and being able to walk from the hotel into the centre. When we return (which we will) we shall choose a different category of room. Our room was a courtyard option which we found very dark with nowhere to sit. There were two very uncomfortable, barely functional, chairs, so even having a morning coffee in the room was not very appealing. However, the bathroom was excellent, which is so important. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. We are hoping to return in May 2025.

We had wonderful stay at hotel Negresco. The place is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, the location is the best is it in front of the sea , the hotel have two pools one is on the rooftop and one down, And most important hygiene is on high level, the rooms are shining all the time. I would highly recommend hotel Negresco !

This is a lovely small hotel. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. If you need it they can offer late checkout and regular checkout is 11.00. On arrival the room fridge had water, soft drinks and beer all complimentary, toiletries from rituals. Breakfast was good and cooked for each guest, the cafe and bar was open till quite late each evening and excellent for a late nightcap. The pool is small but if you wanted a cool off was fine and there are comfy bed loungers on the roof, with a rooftop bar. We caught the bus from the airport (A1) and the hotel was a 600m walk from the bus stop, we didn’t have huge suitcases so it was a fine level walk. Beds and pillows were comfortable, shower good. Very tidy, clean and clearly well looked after. There is a small gym/spa which we didn’t use. Our only negative - the size of the standard room is quite small and if we visit again we would ask for a higher floor as the hotel sits on quite a busy junction and there is some road noise especially in the morning, but for a few days away it was a fabulous stay.

Very friendly staff, the administrator Natalia is attentive and always asks if everything is okay. Clean well-groomed territory, clean pool, stunning view from the room, sea 1 minute walk, beautiful beach and a lot of entertainment, cafes and shops nearby. There is an airport nearby, it's not a problem to get to the city. Breakfasts and dinners are hearty and varied. A smiling and friendly cook is on the grill.

It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.
