The hotel was recently renovated, good breakfast, from the inconvenience I can note high audibility, woke up in the morning from the alarm in the next room. the staff is friendly. close to the airport, taxi price 15-18 euros.

Love this hotel , stayed last year and couldn’t wait to return . It’s a gem ! Fantastic price! Lovely staff all around . Spotless!! Lovely Lucy and Pilar looked after us i the restaurant perfectly ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else now whilst visiting palma . Nice rooms and welcome gift which adds that special touch . Join their Helios club to get further discount too 😎 thank you 🙏🏻

Comfortable hotel; very friendly staff. Lucy, Pilar and Fatima, our restaurant waitresses, were particularly friendly and very professional. They looked after us well.

Such a friendly and well run hotel. All the staff make you welcome. We spent a week cycling with friends and the hotel is set up perfectly for this with secure cycle storage and easy access to good cycling routes. We had half board and the buffet restaurant is very good. The staff are excellent, Pilar, Lucy and Fatima deserve a special mention!

A great base to view the island or go for a city trip to palm. The food is great and there is a great variety to choose. Sala from the restaurant is very helpful and friendly. The spa is a treat and the premium rooms are very comfortable. Best to book a poolview/seaview if possible, for a more relaxed stay.

A special thanks for the restaurant staff Lucy and Pilar who served us very accurate and with a big smile 😊. It seemed they worked around the clock. They were there at breakfast and again at dinner. We never had to wait long for our drinks and they even reserved a table for us. Great experience!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, food was excellent both breakfast and dinner. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. We were upgraded free of charge and was given a free spa pass, which was a really nice touch.We'd definitely return.
