I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay any more! The atmosphere was charming, cozy, and, of course, perfect for any OSU lover. It was also incredibly clean, smelled lovely, and they even have an adorable pup, named Scarlett, who helps behind the front desk! The front desk staff and valet were so sweet and helpful, as well. I loved my room. The bed was so comfy, plaid wallpaper and unique decor were so fun, and I especially loved the John Glenn accent chair! I was sad my stay was so short, and I will definitely be back!!

The sound insulation of the room is very poor, and the surrounding facilities are very missing. Very contradictory complex, very quiet outside, but the hotel is very noisy The only good thing is the glass for breakfast, quiet in the corner to enjoy breakfast, you can see squirrels and birds His pool is good and you can see the outside too.

The hotel is very close to the airport. I checked in this hotel early to ensure a smooth trip because my home is too far away from Columbus. It was better than I expected. During such a difficult epidemic, they also gave breakfast in the safest way. Perfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy

Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out! We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip! I really loved this hotel. The front desk people were super nice! I can’t remember the girl’s name (she was East African) she was the sweetest! Gave my Hunnie a free drink for his birthday. The security was super nice as well. Very diverse staff who were all super nice. Will def stay there again. The room was super clean and nicely decorated. Loved the bathroom. It was all white and super clean. The location is great in downtown. We walked to dinner at Mitchell’s. Breakfast from the restaurant wasn’t that great.
