We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! Deer Lodge has stunning views of the mountains and horses in the paddock. The stunning views can also be enjoyed from the hot tub! The lodge was very clean and the hosts are responsive and friendly! Thank you, we will definitely be back!

We stayed in Deer Lodge which has the most gorgeous mountain views, particularly from the hot tub. It's a very inviting space with wonderful beds, luxurious bathrooms, great ambience and very well equipped. The setting was so peaceful with the horses in the meadow below us and the mountains behind and in front of us. Loads of privacy. Extremely clean and well maintained. I'd recommend a stay at Mount 7 Lodges to anyone.

I have been coming to Mount 7 Lodges with friends for over 11 years and over that time I have stayed in all of the lodges located on this beautiful property. The property is owned by a lovely couple who have built the lodges over the years. The cabins are perfectly located just a few mins drive from the townsite of Golden, BC. Close to everything yet completely secluded and private. Each cabin is in its own private nook with lovely horses, puppies and beautiful mountain views in the front and a whole mountain complete with hiking trails right in the back (see pics). Each cabin is fully stocked with all amenities, my favorite of which is the private hot tub on the deck overlooking the mountains. For the last two years, we have rented the Red Fox Lodge, Mount 7’s newest and most modern lodge, over new years. The Red Fox Lodge is perfect for two couples. Each room has an extremely comfortable king sized bed and a private bathroom. One bathroom has a soaker tub and the other a rain shower, both with heated floors. The Red Fox Lodge has all of the kitchen tools we needed to cook amazing meals while we were there (see pics) and the owners even put up charming Christmas lights and tree for us to enjoy. There is a firepit on the side of the lodge and the owners leave the firewood well stocked so you don’t have to keep asking for more. The weather in Golden is perfect for all outdoor activities including fires, skiing, hiking and hot tubbing. We spent a lot of time over new years just enjoying the cabin, hiking out back, having fires and saying hello to the puppies and horses on site. There are plenty of towels and fluffy robes to keep you warm as you go into the hot tub to watch the sun set over the beautiful mountain ridge. I highly recommend this property (especially the Red Fox Lodge) for all seasons and I plan to return for many years to come.

We stayed in the Bear lodge this August for a few days whilst travelling around British Columbia. The lodge itself is fantastic and contains everything you could need for a short or long stay. There’s plenty of space to stay as well with three large bedrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. We had two of the bedrooms set up as twin rooms (two single beds) which allowed the kids (3 of them) to choose where they slept. We had a queen bed in our room which was lovely and comfortable. The surrounding area is also beautiful, Golden is a lovely place to visit and during our time we did horse back-riding, visited a buffalo ranch, a wolf sanctuary and the Skybridge - all fantastic experiences. The evenings were then spent relaxing on the balcony with the kids spending time in the hot tub! Jo, the host, was very friendly as well and in the lodge there was loads of information on local places for food, etc. If we’re ever in the area we’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful week in Eagle lodge with our son and friends in January. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable. Beds are great. Kitchen stocked with all your needs and this cabin has the best view. So nice to soak in the hottub looking at the beautiful mountains. Nice hike with snow shoes in behind the cabins to a beautiful view. We brought a snow tube and has fun using it in the sloped field just behind the cabin. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit also. Great memories, thank you Mount 7 Lodges!

We stayed in the Red Fox Lodge and it was outstanding. Extreamly clean, comfortable and had every amenity we could have asked for including coffee and laundry detergent, added bonus was how private the lodge was. There was a mountain view from the private hot tub and a hiking trail right outside the door! Plus only about 10 min from town. Booking, check in/check out was very easy. This was our first solo trip as empty nesters and it was outstanding. We felt right at home at Mount 7 Lodge and cannot wait to return next year!

we love coming here it is so beautiful and quiet !!!! well worth the money !!! cabins and owners are great !!! cabin is well stocked with things you need !! My family did a lot of tobogganing !! Also had some games and puzzles to go !!! And what more could you ask for beautiful hot tub to relax in and then netflix to watch a movie or too to end the evening thank you Jo and Dave

A great lodge with everything you would ever need on holiday- comfortable and luxurious touches such as the hot tub. Location is excellent as well as beautiful and handy for all that Golden and the surrounding area has to offer. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Mount 7 Lodges was truly fabulous!! No words can describe how much fun we had using mount 7 Lodges as our base. The hosts were amazingly pleasant friendly and professional. The booking process was seamless and the lodge and its amenities were top notch. Just move in and enjoy the comfy cabin. After waking up to the mountain views you will not want to leave. Golden is an awesome place with good vibes, great food, and numerous fun activities for all.
